hostel with good location and facilities at very good price. Only around 10 minutes walk to oxford and regent street. Also easy to travel from Euston, one of the main rail stations. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room was quite clean. Shared bathroom is en suited.
curtain in bathroom is not good. water flooded all over the room after shower.
Finally a decent hostel in central London. Well run with fantastic facilities. Little things make all the difference such as shelf, light and power socket next to all beds. Sheets are on bed when you arrive unlike some other hostels. Price excellent for London.
Room was very small. My room mates were inconsiderate and talked while I tried to sleep.
-Kitchen with fridge, Microwave & Gas oven -Laundry on-site -Great Staff
-Not really near to any tube and bus stations while in central London
Good surrounding amenities/transport links, comfortable bed and the room was nicely heated, staff very helpful and friendly
Stayed in a room below ground floor and can hear the underground trains passing by; also people wondering about at 3/4 in the morning being very inconsiderate and shouting around/playing loud music (not in the hostel's control, but definitely can improve the sound proofing systems)
24/7 bar serving food and drinks, good location. Really nice price and that's why I stayed with them.
Toilets broke sometimes.
Good location and reasonable price. Clean. Helpful staff. Recommended for traveller on a budget.
Free wifi is a human right by now. The pricing of internet seemed like a separate revenue stream to keep the place running
The hostel itself.
Roommates changed everyday.
Location Price Cleanliness Facilities Hi Staff
Couldnt get wifi on the third floor, not a big deal though
location, good ambiance, staff very helpful. good snacks/meals available
the fact that there was a lot of building work next door, so it would have been useful if you were told this when you were booking. Also more comfy seats in lounge/dining area
Friendly staffs good location value for money
The only good thing is that it was clean.. and the location.
First of all.. the room was very small.. we were a group of 4 and we could barely move inside..we had to take turns on who to stand up!!! Its not how it looks in the photos! we had a private bath but it was very difficult to use.. You couldn't take a shower without washing your hair. Also, our room was in the fifth floor and the elevator was broken the entire 3 days we were staying..so we had to carry our own luggage up and down to the fifth floor by ourselves!! Lastly, when we asked the staff at the reception information about how to get to the train station by bus she mentioned us a route..but she didn't mention that we had to have an oyster card to take the bus and we went there and the bus driver told us we could n't get in.. and at the end we had to take a taxi!
Liked the location, party with the popscrowl and the bathroom in the room.
Litte scared of the woman(~55years old) sleeping in the room for one night with no bags and sleeping in here close :/
I liked the fact that it was only around 400meters from great portland underground, friendly staff and good beds.
Only a few things reminded me i was staying in a hostel: elevator wasnt working (it has 5floors) but next day fixed , the washstand which was blocked and my plug next to bed not working.
Very nice an helpfull staff. Easy to find and very close to the next tube station.
Friendly staff Location was great for my needs
No proper air conditioning Elevator stopped working
Great location, nice staff and a very clean place.
Missed wifi. Also, there could be more than just one shower and one toilet per 5 rooms.
Hostel just located 5-8minutes walk from Oxford circus station , the room is clean and staff are nice
The lift didn't work for my stay, I have to take my suitcase up n down when checking in n out
hostel was very clean, staff were great
Good office facilities Good cafeteria Lively crowd Location of the hotel
Extremely small dorm room Lack of privacy
very convenient location. 8 minutes walk to oxford street.
they charge £1/20 minutes for wifi which can only be used on ground floor and 1st floor. It may because of the rain, there was slight smell in room
the position is good, easily accessible by at least 3 different lines.
my bed was occupied in a 8 male dormitory, it was a mistake but it took at least 40 minutes to deal with it and change the linen in the bed.
Brilliant location with the west end in walking distance.
The staff are super kind and helpful! Helped me a lot. The location is amazing! About 10 minutes walk from Oxford street or even less! Room is good also
Shower place a little bit small
Suprisingly quiet and shower was very good and clean
