The Kitchen and the extra toilets are the only things that are good about the place
The rooms are overcrowded with old people that are snoring the whole time. They should group people according to their age, as you feel are in retirement housing and not in a youth hostel. No breakfast and have to pay for internet.
Location is excellent.
But the toilets are disgusting. Should be cleaned more often. No european plugs available. It is sold for 4 pounds.
Excellent location in quieter, traditional neighborhood with pubs and cafes. Very friendly staff, nice, clean common areas, good atmosphere.
If only they had a handyman that was a little more active: noisy fan, non-flushing toilets, dripping showers…Luckily there were enough facilities available to choose from.
Quiet (other roommates not wothstanding) Good location
The location and shower pressure
Paying for a towel. Free wifi not available to everyone and the lockers in rooms that are under beds aren't big enough also need plugs up by top bunks.
very nice location walking distance to national history museum and hyde park
no table in the room ... 3rd floor toilet is too small
The staff is always young and friendly. You feel free and welcome. Absolutely nothing you can really critisize. Wooden bed, you can lock your private things. You can cook your coffee in the morning there in the kitchen. In Summertimes join the garden.
Might be a litzle bit cleaner. Flip flops might be helpful in the showers
Very good facillities and very helpful staff
In the bigger rooms no bed side light as you have in the smaller ones.
Location, near to bus and tube to Victoria Station (10 min by tube). Excelent neiborhood. Safe and beauty. Good price for London.
The basement room had a very bad smell. The floor was carpeted, and smelled like stinky feet. There was almost no amenities and few snacks.
Easy access to tube
leak detected by the hotel staff in the evening... and the plumber did not come to fix it before 8.30am the following morning, no showers no flushing the toilets still when I left at 10.00 am. Great for a hostel with over 100 people in it. Incompetence at its highest.
Staff was helpful. Could store my luggage before 2 p.m. which was great Bedding clean and cozy. Dorm was for 10 women; size ok. Shower/toilet room right across the dorm. Not spotless but ok. I liked the kitchen with direct door to the nice & quiet yard
The beds was good and comfortable and met some great people while we were there. I will be using them again
only down side was the wc next to the room Had a bad smell
Located in lovely area and close to the tube station. Very good budget accommodation, with all basic necessities catered for. We had a family room off the garden area, with our own loo and shower, which was a pleasant surprise (both rather shabby, but the shower was hot and powerful, and they were clean, although not spotlessly so). It was all better than I had expected after reading some of the reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful (an extra pillow was cheerfully provided when requested). The towels for hire were a really good size and, although not hotel quality, were very adequate.
Location was good. Staff were friendly.
Room was tiny. Bunk bed was extremely noisy and mattress awful. Poor sleep. Very noisy due to shared shower/toilet facilities RIGHT OUTSIDE door. Bad odour thought hostel. Would NOT recommend for anyone looking for ANY degree of comfort.
- good location, closed Earl's Court station, Stamford Bridge stadium... - You can use kitchen to cook
- Every small service you have to pay...
Very polite staff, clean and tidy place to live in .. Comfortable bed Hostel Location is amazing
I was not really happy with the noise the floor was making as soon as someone stands/walks on it . I could barely sleep because people in my room were moving in out constantly and the noise is pretty loud. There are no plug point for the upper level bunk beds .. that made it difficult for me to charge my devices :(
Excellent location (minutes from the tube and buses), lovely neighborhood, and nice building. As a solo traveller, I lucked out and roomed with wonderful women who I have since become good friends. For the price, this hostel is clean and comfortable.
Wifi is spotty and only in the front rooms, not enough outlets, and does have a undefinable scent throughout the building.
close to museums, you can even walk to Royal Albert Hall and Historical museum in about 20 minutes. There is a yard for guest
Not so close to Tube, about 10 minutes walk. No very clean in toilet and bath room.
Nice garden, useful kitchen, great common areas to relax or read or meet other people. There is a lot of bathrooms and showers in every floor so you don't need to wait for it. Beds and mattresses are ok.
They charge for wifi. Electricity adapters are not available to rent, they sell it for 4 gbp when you can find it for 1 at any market (excessive, I believe). Bathrooms were always wet (small lakes in every floor). Showers does not contains the water and it inundates all the bathroom floor.
The shower and toilet were separate from the room.
No left luggage facilities. The locker is always full. The luggage storage room on the basement does not look safe.
the bed was comfrtable
the stuff was rude the toilet dirty&.
-blanket was great
-beds and floors so creaky that nobody in the dorm could move an inch without waking up everyone else -washrooms and showers, though clean, reminded me of a concentration camp -nonexistant shared spaces -I also can't believe they CHARGE for wifi in this day and age. To top it all off, it didn't work.
Good place and easy for transportation.
Good Service as I had some questions about booking for 4 or 5 days.
A woman in the bedroom was very unfriendly
