Staff was helpful. Could store my luggage before 2 p.m. which was great Bedding clean and cozy. Dorm was for 10 women; size ok. Shower/toilet room right across the dorm. Not spotless but ok. I liked the kitchen with direct door to the nice & quiet yard
The beds was good and comfortable and met some great people while we were there. I will be using them again
only down side was the wc next to the room Had a bad smell
Location was good. Staff were friendly.
Room was tiny. Bunk bed was extremely noisy and mattress awful. Poor sleep. Very noisy due to shared shower/toilet facilities RIGHT OUTSIDE door. Bad odour thought hostel. Would NOT recommend for anyone looking for ANY degree of comfort.
Excellent location (minutes from the tube and buses), lovely neighborhood, and nice building. As a solo traveller, I lucked out and roomed with wonderful women who I have since become good friends. For the price, this hostel is clean and comfortable.
Wifi is spotty and only in the front rooms, not enough outlets, and does have a undefinable scent throughout the building.
close to museums, you can even walk to Royal Albert Hall and Historical museum in about 20 minutes. There is a yard for guest
Not so close to Tube, about 10 minutes walk. No very clean in toilet and bath room.
Good place and easy for transportation.
Good Service as I had some questions about booking for 4 or 5 days.
A woman in the bedroom was very unfriendly
Meeting new roommates, good facilities, shame my sleep wasn't the best but nonetheless the place was good
Lack of sleep.
All! We spent very good time in this Hotel. Perfect location, very good kitchen and bedroom all was clean and useful.
Great location. Staff were helpful. tidy room. Great value for money compared to other lodgings in the area.
Fans and showers were noisy and next to most rooms. Was woken up both nights by them, shame as it was only bad thing about the hostel but made a big difference.
The male staff is very helpful.
There is odour in the toilets and bathroom. The shower system is not convenient. The hostel is not so clean. I would recommend my friends to book other YHA branches in London, such as that one in Kings Cross.
The hostel was much quieter than I`d expected, good mixture of guests, great neighbourhood!
The matress was too thin and the pillow too
The price is reasonable and the place is clean.
There are not enough bathrooms.
Like the location but not the hostel. At least I gave it a try. Been to other hostels I liked better.
For me the hostel was on too many levels and for a buzy summer time not enough showers.
The location and ease of getting around London from Earls Court. The staff were fabulous, very helpful with providing information, and being able to sell tube and attraction tickets was great. Really enjoyed the young staff who made us feel welcome at the hostel.
It was very hot during our stay and the rooms were stuffy. There is no air conditioning but fans are available upon request which helped make evenings more comfortable.
the location, and the bed.
The staff, the location, the price.
uncomfortable bed, creaking sound floor.
Location good, value for money good, The wi fi access from OUTSIDE your room is good.
Well its a hostel so you may not like the sleepers you share with. I had 100% snorers from me ... but again what do you expect for such low cost and pre knowledge of stay ;)
Very friendly stuff
The garden outside the kitchen was very pleasant place in which to have breakfast on a sunny morning -even saw a pair of robins hopping around. The mattresses were comfortable and the bedding looked fairly new. Staff at reception were very helpful with train tickets and advice on where to visit.
The showers and toilet cubicles were too small! It was hard to move in them. Didn't like having to walk up 5 flights of stairs to the room where I was sleeping.
very friendly atmosphere, travellers and staff alike are warm, hospitable and share in a sense of community
Location. Very good place to make a home base to go other part of london.
Shower room is little bit dirty.
Nice quietish street with closeby tube station and Boris bike docking station. Cosy garden. Would be nice to have reading lamps by the beds. Bit cheeky to charge for wifi.
