Score from 1719 reviews Good
Hostel is situated very close to the centre-the tube station just nearby. Room & toilets clean, kitchen equipped in everything you need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good place to sightseeing London.
There wasn't table in the room and the shower was very strange -without the handset from the shower
Location near city centre, helpful staff, clean room and bathroom, great value for money
Too many people in one room, but it's OK because everybody was kind and quiet.
Facilities were good for budget accommodation. Staff were helpful.
Rooms can have more ventilation. Wifi not able to be received in room.
The staff were good. The surrounding area were quite convenient
4people's room was toooooooo SMALL and the floor was so noisy. The facilities were old. Stayed 3night, barely slep. And only lounge with wifi
Nice time in a nice place. Great location, near the underground. The room was also nice. Grey value for the price
Staff - thanks for the new year's tipps Location
Bathrooms: Water on the floor. Temperature and strength of water, didn't seem too clean
Good spot and nice and quiet. Easy access to nearby subway and bus stops. Plenty of shops and take aways nearby as well. Good kitchen facilities and comfy lounge.
The key card for the door was a bit temperamental and the rooms weren't huge.
Location is perfect.
requested private room with single beds, as advertised...... not an option upon arrival, one double, with single above only option
Every people can be affordable.
I didn't like toilet shower room is very small bed also too small and dangerous for upper bed with electric (light) there wasn't any emergency telephone in side the room. in case something happened there is no way to inform down to the reception.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
the room was noisy and pillows thin...
Easy to reach from Heathrow by Underground
Those tiny washbasins - hard even to clean your hands without messing up the floor.
kitchen - the kettle was awfully dirty.
Pretty much everything satisfied me and I definitely enjoyed staying at this hostel.
Too small sinks in the toilets
The building is fantastic and very convenient for central London. The snack bar is open 24 hours a day, there's a lovely outdoor picnic area at the back and well equipped kitchen.
Our room was on the ground floor with other guests constantly passing by our window - not great when you have young kids and the late night guests all come in and congregate in the garden area.
Staff, bedroom, bed & continental breakfast.
Wi-Fi (supposedly free but it was not) & the heater (too hot)
There are so many shower rooms and toilet. No need to wait for que. It was convenient. Also good location from the station not that far.
Staff was not that kind. I don't like they are attitude. . Have to treat the guest nicely.
Excellent value for money, convenient location near earl's court tube station, clean, great choice considering it's a hostel
It wasn't quite soundproof!
Location is fine, staff is nice and helpful, bedding is OK. Showers work, with hot water.
Bathrooms need serious improvement. Taps need urgent fixing, they're leaking.
You have to pay extra money for all: internet, blanket, breakfast. The staff is quite indifferent
Staff are quite nice and the price is cheap on London.
The area is lovely where the hostel is. The facilities are what you expect for a hostel. Continental breakfast great for £5. They allowed luggage storage after check out real help so we could enjoy our last day. Returning in the evening to collect luggage and use kitchen etc before leaving at 8pm. Garden be lovely in summer.
We had our own triple room bottom double bunk could have been comfier, but fine for a couple days.
I felt safe in London. Good value for money. No problems. I chose YHA hostel, because I thought it should be ok. It is a well known organisation that helps young people ...so we are helping the new generation when staying there.
I wish I could have a cup of coffee there. It would be a nice surprise to have something free of charge.
The hostel is a bit far from the center of London (1h30 by walking) so you can't hang out the evening or you have to take the bus !
