- The opening hours - closed all day - Not being told beforehand that I couldn't check in during the day - The attitude of the receptionist - no apology for me not being able to check in when I arrived at midday, telling me it was my fault for booking through Booking.com instead of a hostel website, talking all over me and not letting me get a word in edgeways, generally a flippant dismissive manner that left me feeling so frustrated that I was in tears by the time I entered my dorm. - No locks for the lockers and the justification being "There's no thieving here". - The distance from town. It is a 30 minute walk from the rail station; a very long way when you arrive and find you can't check in for another 4 hours! - There is little / no lighting on the path leading up to the hostel at night. The path takes around 5 minutes to walk, with only bushes and fields either side. Lovely by day, but a very unsettling experience for a single girl walking there at 11pm.

Nice cosy lounge decor, dormitories spacious, good food - very good value for money (breakfast & evening meals)

Reasonable value for money good food, freindly staff and residents with a clean bed.

Room 4 was far too small for 3 bunks (i.e. 6 people) space was too limited to move and get changed/dressed.

Dormitory was quite small and the bunks not long enough for a tall person

The accommodation was lovely and the toilets and shower rooms were plentiful and clean.

I didn't like that the pillow I brought with me was taken from my bed. It did not turn up during my stay.

A beatiful villa on the top of a hill, the enviornment is very pretty.

A bit far from the town center, it's better if you drive there. The taste of breakfast is not so good.

Lovely old house, beautifully presented. Very spacious, wide range of facilities. Good food at good prices.

Es un albergue barato, muy limpio y cuidado. Aunque está algo alejado del pueblo, tiene una ruta interesante para llegar a él y el paraje donde se ubica vale la pena andar un poco.

It had a hostel price with hotel standards. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I was overall very impressed. It was a bit of a walk out of the town center, but it is in a forested area which is very beautiful, so the location is still good.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly which made up for them being quite slow and a little incompetant.

It did seem quite expensive. The staff could maybe do with more training to make some processes, such as check in, quicker.

Superb location even tho bit of walk from station. Loved the paintings and homely feel to it. Lounge was quiet but friendly.

Room is a little bit old.

Friendly staff, interesting roommates and great location - much closer to the seaside than expected. No additional fees if not a YHA member. Surprisingly clean toilets and spotless shower room It is very likely, I will use it again.

No padlocks in 'wardrobes' (better bring your own). Electronic lock to the door wasnt working in our room (always open), but it wasnt a serious problem

Staff are absolutely friendly and it's impossible not to enjoy the warm and nice atmosphere in that hostel.

Great Stay - the only staff member was brilliant in every way, helped out as much as she can.

Internet was not free at all you might of thought it was free in public areas. I thought it was a youth hostel, but there was a lot of older people with families??? As there was only one staff member she should have not opened the kitchen as she was doing a lot of work for a big hostel.

The hostel is beautiful and has so kind staffs. One of the best hostel I have ever stayed.

Internet facilities are not good:I could only use it in the lounge and corridor. Moreover the location is a bit far from the city centre:Around 20 minutes walk.

Hostel is well decorated with all the facilities we need. clean and comfortable bedroom friendly staff. great value for money
