They were not bunk beds Beautiful views
Loos were down a flight of stairs A very long way up a steep hill!
Lovely place to stay with great views. Simple accommodation but has all the facilities you require.
Its up a very steep single track lane with no passing places! Your car will struggle to get to the top! Also the sign posting for the hostel is very small and easy to miss.
The location is great, if you can drive up that scary road!
The road that leads up to the hostel is a sort of long one-way ramp (so, pray no one is coming from the other direction...), which makes it a bit difficult to reach. Definitely unreachable without a car.
very friendly and helpfull staff, volunteer Andrew was amazing
the road to the facility, on top of a mountain, is very steep, about 30°, be prepared for a scary trip if you arrive at nighttime and your car is not the strongest, also it is very hard to find, signs are hidden, so be early
Sorroundings are really nice
Difficult to find out the place
Nice location Clean Good and helpful staff
have to be brave to drive on a very steep road to this place.
The location is unbelievable, with lovely views over the conwy valley. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their was a generally friendly atmosphere
The location may be lovely, but it is also remote and possibly not for everyone, you definitely need a car
Friendly managers. Big kitchen. Stunning location overlooking a huge valley but make sure you study the map carefully and follow their directions as it is quite hard to find at night!
Beds are too short for me. I'm 6'3" so I think they would be ok for people of normal height. If you are tall, get there early and grab a lower bunk so at least your feet can hang off the end! Top bunks have guard rail panels around the end so I had to sleep with legs bent.
Pretty location, helpful staff.
Accomodation wasn't very pleasant, smelt and pretty run down.
The volunteer wardens Deborah and Yim were wonderful, as so too was the location.
The room was described as being a twin with 2 single beds. In reality that meant bunk beds which was not as depicted in the booking.com reservation photo.
nice location, amaing view !
