The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with a double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove, and a communal games room with pool table and air hockey table. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, a further double, and a single, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn with picnic bench, a shared children's play area, off-road parking for two cars, and further communal parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.8 miles and a pub in 1.2 miles. Ynys is a delightful base for an escape to Gwynedd. Note: The second double bedroom is accessed through the single bedroom. Note: The parking, games room and children's play area are shared with the neighbouring property. Note: The garden is not enclosed.
