Set within a characteristic Victorian property, this elegant and stylish Boutique hotel stands on the water’s edge in the beautiful village of Bainbridge, Wensleydale in the North Yorkshire Dales.

A former schoolmaster's house and school, today Yorebridge House provides 11 beautifully designed guestrooms, furnished with sumptuous fabrics and the latest modern comforts. The luxury en suite bathrooms enjoy inviting roll-top baths, contemporary fittings and luxury towels and robes. All rooms also boast stunning views of the dales.

During your stay you can explore the natural beauty of the North Yorkshire Dales, or, if you would rather stay closer to home, the house has its own extensive grounds and beautiful courtyard. In the evenings you can unwind in front of the bar’s roaring fire whilst enjoying a drink.

Boasting an idyllic setting, Yorebridge House provides the perfect venue for your business events and special occasions. The conference room, bathed in natural light from a huge bay window overlooking the formal garden, can accommodate up to 20 delegates. The bar and restaurant can also be hired as syndicate rooms accommodating up to 80. Breaks can be taken in the garden, restaurant or bar.

There is also a choice of beautifully designed rooms which open up onto the terrace and overlook the gardens and the North Yorkshire Dales. The entire hotel may be hired, or on a room-by-room basis.

A wedding coordinator is available to ensure that your special day goes without a hitch.

Food & beverage

Start each day with a hearty breakfast whilst basking in the beautiful sunlight that streams through the dining room’s French windows, with views over the North Yorkshire Dales. In the evenings, the room transforms into an intimate candle-lit setting for a delightful choice of modern British cuisine. Meals are prepared using the freshest local produce.

The bar is well stocked with a varied wine list and a range of whiskies, cognacs, Armagnac's, rums, bourbons and vintage ports. Locally brewed cask ales and cocktails are also served.

The restaurant and bar are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

The bar is open to non-residents and residents.
