Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent La salle de bain (douche + WC) sont à l'étage et pas dans les chambres. Donc la propreté dépend de la clientèle. C'est horrible !!! |

La disponibilité du personnel, l'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre d'Edinburgh et le petit déjeuner copieux; Le prix de la chambre est très élevé en comparaison avec d'autres hôtel de la ville (ex "The Walton Guest House") pour un établissement de qualité moyenne : la chambre est confortables mais pas la salle de bain. éTat général assez vieillot. |

Les lits étaient très confortables La chambre devait se situer sous la réception ou la salle du déjeuner donc tard dans la nuit et a 7h du matin nous avons été réveillé par les bruits de pas incessants venant du dessus. La vue donnant sur un parking...pas top! |

friendly staff. spacious room, comfortable bed. walking distance to the city center and airport bus stop. very noisy! windows do not isolate street noise. feels like sleeping on the street :( |

Clean and spacious. Near shopping areas. The toilet had a funny fishy smell after bathing. no hairdryer. no signs to show that it is a hotel. |

lovely hotel in very central location.Very clean and beautifully decorated.Lovely breakfast in the morning. Would definately stay here again. Would ask for a room at the back next time. The street outside was very noisy due to clubbers going home and workmen there early due to tram work in Edinburgh at present. |

Central location ideal for shopping,bars,resturants and entertainment.Cooked breakfast was of a high standard. Not well signed and difficult to find also this was more a 3 star B&B as rooms were clean but not up to the standard of many 3/4 star city hotels. |

Very comfortable, clean room with en suite. Hotel staff were very pleasant and interested in our day. The breakfast was top notch and a great start to the day! Maybe should be classed as a ed & Breakfast rather than a hotel - That's about it! |

I like decoration. Even room is narrow but its length and height make me felt comfortable. I traveled by my own. In my room (Rm 15), the TV wasn't good- it always was out of order. Even Sky TV was provided, I could watch only 4 channel. I also forgot to notice that it has share bath room. So other 2 rooms on my floor are family room, it put me in long line. |

The location is good but the staff is not helpful. at any time, nobody was present in reception so you can't ask questions. When I checked out, the staff's manner was rude. |

Having a front door key was helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Staff very helpful and polite. Dodgy TV in bedroom was the only minor complaint. |
