中心に近く観光に便利。部屋は清潔で広く快適。ホテル目の前のバス停は観光に便利。 3階の部屋でエレベータ無しは少し大変。日本人感覚だと朝8時からの朝食はやや遅いか。 |

The room was cozy, but far away from hygienically clean. The room was not cleaned at all on the second day. No towel was provided. On the third day, although the room was cleaned, the door was not locked. Fortunately nothing was stolen, but it was awful. 到着して部屋に通されると、そこはまだ掃除されておらず、枕は床に散らばり、洗面所は毛だらけ。結局、清掃- してもらうためにそのまま外出せざるを得なかった。さらに次の日は夜帰ってくると、部屋はまったく掃除され- てなく、使ったタオルなどもそのまま。もちろん新しいタオルも用意されてない。さらに、洗面所とトイレは明- らかに自分以外の人が使用した形跡があり、汚れていた。（洗面設備は同じ階の人と共同使用。シャワールーム- はイギリス基準からしても狭い。おそらく80cm四方くらいで、体もろくに洗えない。そしてその階には他に- 誰も宿泊していなかったのにも関わらず、外出後にかなり汚れていた。）シャワーを使おうと思ったら、お湯が- 出ず、使用できず。次の日は部屋は掃除されていたものの、部屋に鍵がかけられていなかった。幸い何も盗まれ- てはいなかったが、これはホテル側としてはやってはいけないことだと思う。また、部屋の窓は... |

スタッフも親切で、朝食も美味しく、何より部屋はとても清潔で、お勧めです。 リフトが無いので、上階の部屋だとスーツケースを持って上がるのがちょっと大変です。 |

friendly staff. spacious room, comfortable bed. walking distance to the city center and airport bus stop. very noisy! windows do not isolate street noise. feels like sleeping on the street :( |

lovely hotel in very central location.Very clean and beautifully decorated.Lovely breakfast in the morning. Would definately stay here again. Would ask for a room at the back next time. The street outside was very noisy due to clubbers going home and workmen there early due to tram work in Edinburgh at present. |

Central location ideal for shopping,bars,resturants and entertainment.Cooked breakfast was of a high standard. Not well signed and difficult to find also this was more a 3 star B&B as rooms were clean but not up to the standard of many 3/4 star city hotels. |

Very comfortable, clean room with en suite. Hotel staff were very pleasant and interested in our day. The breakfast was top notch and a great start to the day! Maybe should be classed as a ed & Breakfast rather than a hotel - That's about it! |

I like decoration. Even room is narrow but its length and height make me felt comfortable. I traveled by my own. In my room (Rm 15), the TV wasn't good- it always was out of order. Even Sky TV was provided, I could watch only 4 channel. I also forgot to notice that it has share bath room. So other 2 rooms on my floor are family room, it put me in long line. |

We were delighted with this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed, the breakfasts were tasty and plentiful, the hotel staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was situated within a 5-minute walk to Princess Street - an ideal location for both shopping and sight seeing. Perhaps the bathroom could benefit from a small shelf, as there was not much room for toiletries. Also the television only seemed to get BBC 1, but this was a minor thing, as we did not come to Edinburgh to watch T.V.! |

Although my single room was quite narrow, it felt reasonably spacious as it was quite long, had high ceilings and a tall window. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with sufficient drawers and hanging space. I heard very little noise from other guests in the hotel. The breakfasts were freshly cooked each morning and the service at breakfast was friendly and prompt. There was some noise at night from the main road on which the hotel sits but that is only to be expected from a city centre location and was not so great as to make me hesitate about staying there again. |
