出行方便是最大的特点，酒店干净，住3楼，其实就是我们的4楼，没电梯，有大行李的不是很方便。 主人看起来比较严肃，轻易不笑，也谈不上不喜欢。 |

房间内部很安静，房间足够大。如果对爱丁堡市区比较熟悉，从巴士站或火车站下车后，可以很快达到这个酒店，- 交通很方便。走路约20分钟即可到达爱丁堡城堡门口。 门牌标示不明显，走过两次才找到大门。老房子，没有电梯，搬运大件行李上楼比较辛苦。 |

I liked the original features that have been kept within the building, the hotel staff were really pleasant. The shower..If someone else was using water the shower went cold, the tv did not have a remote control which was a problem if you have been watching tv in bed and you had to get up to switch it off( especially after a couple of little drinks, ha ha.. |

Privacy of the room--- convenience -- 5 pound taxi ride from attractions excellent breakfast menu and food very good!!!!! Excellent b&b, would recommend to all!!!! Beds weren't made -- towels not replaced. Was a surprise but did not affect a very positive impression of York House, Should addvise if this is policy!!! Again this is not a complaint!!!!! |

During my stay in york house hotel I can say that the staffs are very pleasant they work so hard like jack of all trade,never stop working they make sure that all their guest is alright & comfortable,i recommend that hotel cause its in the center of all amenities. It needs more staff. |

The location was central . close to transport links . Good sized room and great breakfast No hotel sign on the outside . No lift & room was on the 3rd floor. |

friendly staff. spacious room, comfortable bed. walking distance to the city center and airport bus stop. very noisy! windows do not isolate street noise. feels like sleeping on the street :( |

Clean and spacious. Near shopping areas. The toilet had a funny fishy smell after bathing. no hairdryer. no signs to show that it is a hotel. |

lovely hotel in very central location.Very clean and beautifully decorated.Lovely breakfast in the morning. Would definately stay here again. Would ask for a room at the back next time. The street outside was very noisy due to clubbers going home and workmen there early due to tram work in Edinburgh at present. |

Central location ideal for shopping,bars,resturants and entertainment.Cooked breakfast was of a high standard. Not well signed and difficult to find also this was more a 3 star B&B as rooms were clean but not up to the standard of many 3/4 star city hotels. |
