Location was excellent, and although we had the ground floor flat and there were major road works outside this didn't disturb us, a handy Tesco was up the road, the staff were very helpful, and really would recommend this for fantastic value for money.

Central location, only a few minutes walk to shops and bars. Comfortable accommodation and very friendly / helpful staff

We really loved the apartment, It was spacious, warm and comfortable, beautifully furnished, wonderful views, Lots of little extras like luxury bath products also there was Tea, Coffee, Sugar & Milk which was great as we arrived late. Great location right in the centre of town!

The apartment was HUGE and had everything we needed,all very clean and comfortable. It was only a few minutes walk from Prices Street and all the City attractions.

Pity they hadn't finished the tram line outside! The Scottish Weather!

Personal service, staff couldnt have been more helpful. Large spacious apartment , modern and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds with quality linen, well equiped kitchen, liked the coffee/ milk in fridge. Perfect for family gathering, great location for shopping in Edinburgh

Edinburgh's nightmare tram works. Go by bus or train. No parking at Apartment. Car park fees extortionate.

So spacious which was perfect for my one year old to explore and play in. Also good having 2 bathrooms. Excellent location too.

The facilities & the furniture are in a very good condition. The location & apartment size are excellent. On whole, value for money!

Construction work of the road next to the apartment although no noise was heard. Some light bulbs were burnt out.

The apartment was fantastic, 3br, 3 bath two levels, back entrance and patio area also. Could not have been more pleased with the apartment. Great location, Beautiful property.

The street in front is under massive construction for a tram system so you will have to walk and not drive to the front side of the building. Map it out on where to park before you go.

The apartment was gorgeous, staff were helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic and closer to the center of town than I realised and the apartment had the most stunning view of the city and across the forth. Everything you need is provided in the apartment, very clean, nice and warm overall great stay will definitely be returning! :)

Nice staff, great size rooms, well presented, plenty of space, toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sofas were a tad on the smelly side, wear and tear I guess, but they should be cleaned or replaced now.

Excellent location - walking distance to everything in the centre of Edinburgh. Very friendly staff and very flexible re check out. High quality, spacious apartment with good facilities. Lovely warm apartment.

There are lots of stairs to the top flat. This is fine unless you struggle with stairs have lots of luggage. The wifi connection appeared to be rather slow.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, close to the main bars and shops etc. Someone came and met us at the apartment to show us around, how to use the heating, oven etc. The apartment had 3 bedrooms upstairs with 8 single beds then down a spiral staircase to the huge living space, kitchen and patio doors to an outside decking area. Brilliant stay, would highly recommend. There's new tram line being installed outside the building. This wasn't an issue for us as we walked to the apartment from the train station and they weren't working on it over the weekend so we didn't hear any noise etc. But just a word of caution.

The space and feel of luxury. Wonderful location. I've always wanted to own a Georgian apartment and for a night we did! For a young family it was so much better than a cramped hotel room

Everything was great. Spacious, perfectly clean. Beautiful rooms. I would recommend anyone to go there. Also great value for the space and super well positioned for the city tours and sights. Excellent package. Well done.

Amazing apartment! Free upgrade to a larger apartment (had booked 8 bed plus sofa bed and upgraded to 10 bed). Spotless when we arrived. All new and modern fittings in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen etc. Slight problem as one of the lights tripped out but the owner came to sort the fuse 10 minutes after we'd phoned him to report it. Brilliant place to stay, will definitely go back next time were in Edinburgh.

The location in relation to the City Centre was great. It was easily accessible to transport links - very useful when we used the bus to get from the airport! Lots of space for 5 of us too, very nice.

It feels like home because of the building structures. I like the breakfast provided with the price of a night. It is really cheap and nice.

Very spacious and well appointed generally. In general very good value for money but some disappointing aspects ( see below)

Cupboards were full of random items - bedding was scattered about and not centrally stored ( could have been much tidier). No iron provided - spare bulbs were just scattered about hall cupboard. Crocery in kitchen was dirty as were some of the kitchen units - no excuse with dishwasher. No hot water in shower at entrance level. Not good, Should have been picked up.
