Closer to the restaurants and very accessible from the tube station. Staff are friendly.
Underground room. People from the outside can see us if we open the curtains. No privacy. Kettle is available but no coffee. The hallway smells awful. Will recommend to a friend but definitely not the groundfloor room.
it was very clean even though the pictures on the site are not the room i got it was very clean
parking is poor as you cant park outside till after 10pm but it is in the middle of london so you cant expect a carpark for guest
The room is diffrent from the picture Plus it's not clean
Good location Good value for money Very good bed and pillows Access with key card 24 hours after Check In Free Wifi (1 hour)
The bathroom clearly had mold. We could smell it in the room and it did give me a head ache.
It was absolutely excellent. It is more than what could be expected at that price in that location.
bed absolutely unconfortable bad smell of waste coming from outside
Cramped, shabby, room not cleaned daily. Luckily it was warm as the window was stuck open. Strange smell in lift like something unpleasant had been sprayed with cheap air freshener.
Very clean sheets and helpful staff
Toilets filthy could not get phone signal let alone wifi (was put in basement)Towels not big enough - no hairdryer/no bin - lights in room not bright enough - phone filthy - fridge not working properly - FROZEN solid!
The fact they had finally added a sprinkle of new furnishings and a lick of paint.
My guest used the toilet and as he flushed all came back up to the top of the rim meaning I couldn't use it and because the bathroom door was impossible to stay shut the ewy smell was drifting into the bedroom. Certainly not a pleasant experience I must say. After contemplation and having forked out the tidy sum of £63 I choose to leave. So no matter how much you feel that your going to get a better experience, I'd advise you to think again. I myself think that it's totally disgusting that the public areaallowed to be MISLEAD like this and time and time again these unprofessional companies get away with it, day in and day out.
Bed was comfortable. Shower worked very well. Flexibility upon checking out.
Lack of space - the room and bathroom was incredibly tight to move around. Felt very claustrophobic in the bathroom. Furnishings - room needed a new lick of paint, and in some places, new plastering. Toilet roll holder and shower gel dispenser faulty. Not very well maintained at all.
The room was too small, inadequate ventilation and maintained poorly. Guests were not asked how their stay was so that any issues could be resolved. The website gave misleading photographs - there was even enough room to have suitcases accessible.
Location was great.
Very dirty and shabby. I needed to put towels on floor because the carpet was filthy.
Room was not enough for two to move around. No place to sit except bed, no place to sit and eat excep bed. No place to keep your luggage in the room
Location, low price, free wifi.
Bed rather uncomfortable , and very warm in apartment, at least a fan would have made things much better.
excellent location,2 mins from tube and earls court.
wi-fi did not work. bed was not level, and uncomfortable so hot in room no ventilation or fan.
The hotel did not come and empty the bins daily or clean
Clean, fresh and modern, easy walking distance for Earls Court tube station, and a 24 hour Tesco supermarket three minutes walk.
Small reception, small rooms, though ok, you get what you pay for.
Location cost staff helpful and friendly
room was small and lacked ventilation making it very warm and I had to leave windows open all the time which wasn't good for a ground floor room didn't match photo at all, not even close! no ironing board when requested rooms not cleaned daily (sheets just tidied and towels replaced) and I am not sure cleaned before I moved in
Very hot room and when asked for a fan it took 2 days and was the smallest fan possible. They also cut someone else my key and another guest came into my room. Not very secure! Would not recommend is hotel.
Dirty, very dirty room, with old carpet. Smelly corridor. I did not even bother to check out breakfast! Tiny room, can hardly move from bed to bathroom. No bath/shower products (gel, etc) No WIFI working as promised
I was at Earl's Court Exhibition Hall and this place is literally a 2 minute walk to the entrance, great location
I was in on basement floor so my phone's signal and internet wasn't working and i couldn't connect to the wifi for some reason it kept failing and was poor/slow signal.
The beds were at least comfortable
The bathroom was tiny and smelt like wet dog, which considering the door didn't shut fully, went into the room. The kitchen area consisted of a microwave and nowhere to prepare food. There was no tea making facilities. Wifi prices were extortionate. I could buy a monthly contract for the price they wanted for an hour.
Kitchen facilities where excellent.
Incents stick smell was to strong in some of the rooms. The toilets brings out some unpleasant smell in some of the rooms. Mostly at night.
