“Very friendly staff, great location (only 3 minutes walk from the tube station), clean room. The kitchenette was small, but fantastic - everything you need to cook your own meals, tesco supermarket is just around the corner. Will definitely come back here again, thank you very much!”

The Location - Nothing Else. Rip Off. Plain & Simple. Take this off your list. On arrival staff ( Including the Manager ) demanded cash payment before giving us a room key, as the credit card machine was broken and would be broken for the next week ! On complaining we were told this is hotel policy. WE did not have cash then and when we went to pay later the machine was miraclously fixed. Studio Apartment ( Wrong Decription.) It is a 10 foot square Claustafobic Coffin with a disgusting smell coming from the drains. We left each morning at 9am and returned only 12 hours later as we could not relax in the room during the day. No room to move or wash or cook or breathe ! Hell !

Absolutely nothing. It was not a studio apartment as described. There was a serious need of maintanence including broken bathroom door, open fire alarm, curtains falling off the wall, damp and mould in the bathroom, uncovered sockets, stained carpets and paint coming off the walls. Was not a pleasant stay. Completely overpriced. No tea or coffee facilities and the chair in the room was like something for a boot sale.

The price. Even though quite cheap for London it was extremely run down, quite unclean and I wouldn't be back. We only needed somewhere basic to crash as we were only in London for one night at a gig but even at that I couldn't wait to get out of it. I've stayed in hostels that were nicer.

Stylish interior of room and bathroom, good location near Earls Court Very small room and bathroom, very small walkways, 3 days no internet working, 5% additional charge for use of creditcard, 2 days always from time to time during day times noise from fire alarm system, no excuse for it from staff, checkout time early 11.00 A.M., not possible later at 12.00, unfriendly staff when asking for late checkout referring to noise and no internet working: "This is our hotel policy!!" 10 pound per day for internet use, refunded. So never again....

Fantastic, quiet location with all the equipment for a quiet night in. Not a comfortable appartment. Would have liked a softer chair to relax in and a better choice of tv channels.

Very cramped room in basement, damp and smelly - not what anyone would call an apartment just a cramped single room with a double bed. Exceptionally poor lighting in room and bathroom. Additional 5% charged for using Mastercard for payment. Rating? 1 out of 10. Never again.

First of all, there is no Dylans Apartments. Every sign outside the building and inside says York apartments. The photos advertised have nothing to do with the rooms provided to visitors. Thats not only my opinion, but other visitors too. On the first day we were put in a cage (definitely not a room) , behind the basement! Very dirty, smelly and very uncomfortable. After complaining (in a fully booked place....) we were shown another 3 rooms to choose, as we did. But still the photos advertised on your web site, have absolutely nothing to do with the apartments we went to. It was very horrible experience which I would n't recommened to anyone.

Dylan's is actually housed in a place called York's House. It took us quite sometime to find the place. From Earl's court tube station, the shortest path is to exit via the exhibiton center road (warwick road, if I still remember). Going via earl's court exit would mean extra miles for your feet. its a studio room alright, but not to the extend of deluxe. There is very limited free space available for 2 adults. So if you are travelling on a europe trip as a couple and London is just one of the stops, you would not take my choice, probably go for a bigger room.

Covenient location adjacent to Earls Court Poor standard of hotel, not even called the Dylan Hotel so difficult to find, low quality bed, just a sheet of foam for a mattress! They also charge a 5% premium for you daring to pay with a credit card!

Its clean and location is good. My room’s telephone line didn’t work and for any request I came down to reception! I paid gbp 10.00 to use Internet per day but it disconnected many times and finally after check out they asked for gbp 10.00 per hour to save my language in lobby!

It's a great location, compact and has all needs for a short stay. I would recommend staying here for a single traveller as it was really good value for central accommodation in London. The rooms are small and not much space to spread out. But worth it for the money paid.

Helpful staff, beautiful room decoration, close proximity to the tube and nearby shops. Quite safe area with plenty of hotels and luxury houses. I was placed in a room at the basement, however they gave me a luxury room without having asked for it!

The location was perfect as it was close enough to central London without being too close. The arena was literally just round the corner. If you wanted to be picky then it would be easy but when the total package is taken into consideration I do not believe it merits a bad report. We had no cause for complaint despite what we`d previously read in "Trip Advisor". The Staff were available & informative , the room was clean ,neat & tidy. Everything you needed to cook was suitable & most other amenities were provided too. One piece of advice would be to take a hair dryer as we never found one although we never asked either. If this is big on your individual agenda then you may be disappointed. Overall I would definitely stay there again & would not hesitate to recomend it to my friends. Nothing in particular ...... maybe a tad too warm at night but the weather was rather exceptional over the weekend of the 30th Sept!!!

I did like the location, very close to the station As per the photoes provided by the booking.com website the rooms were big enough, lexury with a lot of accessories. Unfortunatly I was surprised about the size of the room which was about 4m2 with every thing inside. The bed is too small for couples, no space for baggage. No space for the child. Bathroom door was not closing (broken), certain does not fully cover the window, room was visible from out side because it was at the ground floor. We had a bad experince with this hotel.

Good location if you have anything to do with the fairgrounds. It's on a very nice and silent street. Awful smell in the corridor and worse in the room. Can't lock the window. Tiny room, anything below it, you can't move a limb. Whole bathroom is as big as a regular shower tub. Couldn't even open the door of the kitchenette because of the smell. Never used it during our 8 day stay, we had to eat all meals out. We didn't get the wifi, not because it was expensive ( which indeed was ) but because the smell made it impossible to stay and work in the room. Even room sprays didn't help and febreeze would last half a day. Comforter was shedding it's decorations and it was joining the hairs on the sheets. And finally we saw all this in the first minute but the reservation is non refundable, we got stuck in that place. If I had the budget, I would leave, without looking back and go to another place to stay. Stay away

The location of the hotel was great and considering this the price for the room was very ok. The room and the hotel were very british: small, simple and at 2-3 spots a little bit worn out. Luckily there was no carpet in the room but PVC flooring. It could use a little bit of renovation, but the ownership just changed recently.

We were exhibiting at 100% design and it was very close to earls court, which was great. We had booked a delux room having rea the reviews about the normal rooms. It was a twin room and there must have been less than a foot between the beds. It was nothing like the photographs of the deluxe room and the grill was a george foreman in a cupboard and the oven was a microwave. Pretty disappointing really.
