There were lots of bed bugs in this hotel. We booked for 7 days as non- refundable rate but wanted to get our money back. But they didn'T. I was bitten by the bed bugs during one night and it was infected too so I should go to the emergency of the St Thomas' Hospital at that night. Next day I went to the hotel again and ask them to refund my money. Eventually they offered us to accept 5 days money back (they said because we left the hotel after 11 am!) or just leave otherwise they would call the police. Well, we accepted 5 days money back and immediately went to the council to report the hotel. Never ever stay this hotel!!!

It's easy to get to from the tube. The service at reception was a bit surly but the real problem was the quality of the room. The cheapest, such as the ones you'll be viewing here are located in the basement, unusual for a hotel where the rooms are cramped and too hot. A weak plug-in fan is provided by way of air-conditioning. The bathroom has no soap or shampoo and there isn't even a bin in either the toilet or the main room. The TV had 3/4 channels. Really not worth it, you leave in a terrible mood.

The only good thing I can say about this "hotel" is how close it is to the Tube station Earls Court. When I read the reviews, I thought people were exaggerating a bit. What a surprise. They weren`t at all..there was not even half a meter around the bed or anywhere else, the light in the bathroom did not work, the kitchenette stank badly. The only way you can charge your phone or electrical objects is with a 20minutes timer, means you always gotta time again, every 20 min!! When we arrived at the hotel they wanted a 250£ warranty for the room, in case we would break something, which is absolutely riddiculous. The staff is extremly incompetent, they won`t let you talk to the manager, they will not listen or bother about your issues, absolutely careless. The worst customer service I have every experienced. In over 30 hotels in which I`ve been in London this is by far the worst! The room is not suitable for two persons at all, no comfort what so ever. Bathroom door has some cracks you can see trough, for a couple not veeery romantic. No cooling stystem either or a fan, not good in summer. I regret booking this place, it looked nice on the picture but everything about it is absolutely horrible. The reviews are true. Do not go to this hotel, there are so many better ones.

The location is good . Near the Earls Court tube station . Close to Tesco and Sainsbury Stores. The room is very small, the kitchen and room are a single room. There is no relation about the presented images and the real room. The electric burner is single.

its location is great our double (god help us) studio apartment was a cell 8 feet by 7 feet with a suffocation chamber as an ensuite. they tried to charge 5% extra for paying by credit card, no mention of this on bookin.com contract!! there was no wardrobe because one would not fit..my dog has nicer accommodation. it was clean to be fair and the night staff were pleasant. the safe did not work and even if it did it was portable!!!

Location The problem with this hotel is that the rooms bear no resemblance to the photos on the website. They are very small and shabby.

Good location, Earls Court is very handy for getting around London, to and from airport, or St Pancras International. Reception at check in were very lovely. The bed bites !! Warning my room had bed bugs. I sent a complaint to the hotel, and received nothing in reply.

Clean, newly decorated room with very comfortable bed and large flat-screen TV. Useful having kitchen area with fridge. My room was by reception so was quite noisy with faxes being sent throughout the night and doors banging. I think these issues are only associated with that room however and I would certainly stay again.

Close to Earl's Court tube station and a 24hour open (except Sunday) TESCO store. There is a very small kitchen cupboard (including electric heater, kettle, microwave, fridge, sink). The room was very small. Hardly suitable for two people. Nothing like on the photos on the webpage. One of the girl at the reception was not nice at all, that was not customer focus at all. They charge +5% if you pay by card, this is not indicated in the booking form. The walls are thin you can hear every word and movement from the neighbour rooms. There is no proper door on the bathroom, no privacy can be achieved like that. The so called kitchen is just a cupboard very small. The bed was broken and not comfortable. The room is worn, it needs repainting, refurbishment.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in, the "apartment" was not as described online. It turned out to be a very small dingy room with inadequate facilities. The walls were scratched and the paint peeling. The sliding concertina door to the shower and toiklet was hanging off its hinges, The tiny bathroom was so small that there was no room for a towel rack, towels were stacked up on the toilet cistern. The shower door was rickety and the toilet was placed directly against the shower. There was no proper mirror in the room. The double bed was placed against one wall so there was only one way to get into bed. There was only one bedside table, a tatty drawer that looked as though it had come out of a charity shop. I would recommend that no one should stay here until the place has been rectified. Dreadful.

There was a hair dryer in the room that actually worked well. I didn't like the fact Booking.com hadn't sent across our details quick enough so when we arrived we didn't have a room and then had to pay to upgrade as the hotel wasn't gracious enough to upgrade us for free. Really wasn't our fault yet we were the ones who lost out, especially as we had to basically downgrade to 2 singles rather than 2 double. I had called to confirm earlier on a couple of times but there wasn't any answer on the hotel phones.

Good location close to Earls Court and other areas. The photos are very misleading. The room allocated was so small that there was no room to move (certainly not big enough to call a "Double Studio"). When we asked for another room is cost a further 140GBP, and still wasn't much bigger. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities were clean and in good condition The poor quality of the room, the dirty carpet, the cracked walls, the holes in the walls, the fact one light bulb was not working, the picture on the website do not show the room we stayed in and the price we payed did not reflect the experiance we had even though we got the room at a discounted price. Overall very poor

Perfect localisation - a few steps from Earls Court Exhibition+metro station. Small room but with kitchen equipment - so you can even cook meals (microwave, fridge, oven, plates, pot etc). Everyday cleaning. Internet 10 pounds for 24 hours/ its is not free. If you need to leave luggage there after checking out - they charge you 10 pounds!!!

Excellent Location, friendly staff, good facilities in the room, quality refurbishment in toilet and kitchen appliances Other rooms are just too close and can hear anything easily from next door, poor wall insulation i.e there were some electrical works going on the floor and we felt like the works taking place inside the room. found hangers in the side drawers but there is no place to hang clothes/coats More pictures of standard single and double bed room(s) should be added on the website. internet should be free
