I loved everything about the apartment couldn't fault it at all.
Tube and bus services are less than 5 minutes walk.
Very dated furnishings, clean towels left on unmade bed and door left unlocked by maid, my personal belongings could have been taken very easily. Toilet was loose from the wall. The kitchen sink had no plug ir washing up liquid so had to rinse dishes in my own shampoo. The noise if the tubes kept me awake until after midnight then woke me again at 0530 hours. The tv hardly had any channels and there is no free wifi as advertised.
Bed linen, towels and room in general were clean (floors etc. looked mopped and the bathroom seemed ok) Location is good, near to Earls Court tube station, plenty of shops and places to eat. Staff were pleasant enough and they did help with the wifi connection. Microwave looked brand new and was clean and working. These (very few) positives made it bearable purely because we were staying just one night and didn't have the energy to find alternative accommodation. We seriously considered moving though.
We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor, both in poor state of disrepair and I'm not just talking about redecoration required (which it did, but I don't really care too much about that). Our kitchen 'facilities' (which are situated inside a cupboard) were dangerous - cupboard was not bracketed to the ceiling or wall, fridge door didn't shut, door smacked into the smoke alarm on the ceiling when you open it. Drinking mugs provided - one was dirty, one was broken. I daren't try the hob as the controls were hanging off the unit. Floor tiles in both bathrooms were severely cracked and broken, you could cut your feet if not careful. Wash hand basin not attached to wall. Shower head hanging out of wall loosely. Metal floor strip from room to bathroom was loose with 2 screws sticking out, almost caused serious injury. No temperature control to room. Sash windows didn't close properly. The door to the twin room banged into one of the beds whenever you opened it. I will never, ever, stay here again, or recommend it to anyone. You may be lucky enough to be given a good room. Personally I wouldn't risk it, both our rooms were terrible and I'm a pretty easy going person who can tolerate a certain amount of 'charm' with accommodation.
The apartments are very close to Earls Court Underground.
The room was diffrent from the picture . Staff had an unwelcoming and relaxed attitude. Small compact kitchen which had limited essential kitchen equipment. Toaster and pan with rust and dirty. Dirty room with terrible chair and dirty carpet. Smelly corridor. Hair on the pillow and the sheet. Stains everywhere. Weak wifi.
The location is easy to get to from Earls Court stn (come out at the Exhibition Centre exit and the hotel is closer) and the staff are helpful and friendly. It's very handy having some kitchen facilities - fridge, microwave, kettle, hob. The double room is an OK size - not a shoebox with a double bed shoehorned in but not massive.
The bed was appalling - It sloped downwards on the side closest to the door i.e. the side everyone would usually sit at. Lifting up the mattress some of the wooden lats had been broken, but that didn't explain why the springs in the mattress felt like they had 'gone'. The reception said it had been sorted out when I came back the 2nd day - but unfortunately it felt just as bad.
Location, near from a lot of restaurantes, and facilities to eat or buy food to cook.
The heat wasn't work properly (didn't work) and I need to insist to change the room. The room in the basement floor was so noise because is at side the tube lines. Clean wasn't good The utensils at the kitchen was dirty and the cleaner didn't wash the dishes. So you need to buy sponge and soap to clean everything properly. Don't recommend for exigent people, but if you only need a bed to sleep maybe its ok.
As a single traveller, I felt safe in the apartment. Good security, very close to the tube station. Good nights sleep. Quiet.
Very close to the center. Very clean and cosy room.
The room was quite cold as it was the one next to the patio (big openings that did not help). Despite some heating problems that they could fix immediately, they weren't able to supply any blanket to us, which I found it ridiculous, taken into account that is London not the Canary Island for instance. Finally, few cooking utensils.
The staff are the rudest staff that I met on my life, the WiFi isn't working correctly, a lot of noise on the basement when I was staying and claustrophobic rooms because there aren't studios.
great location kitchenette value for money
staff were not helpful company policy with holding luggage
Good location Good free internet connection
The room looked completely different than on pictures. Small kitchen cabinet, dirty plates Tiny room Rude customer service Noisy neighbours
Great position, silence, really clean
Few pot in the kitcen
kitchen location bathroom
Internet - cold
The apartments are very close to Earls Court underground station which is a central location. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot.
Very small compact kitchen which had limited utensils.
Friendly staff, good location, cheap relative to comparable studios
Very limited cooking utilities
Location was good
For the price I paid im very unimpressed with the quality of the room I had. Wifi was shockingly bad. Room had no working light switch (the key card box was the switch) really thin walls so could hear the noisy couple next door. Tiles in bathroom cracked and just generally not a nice place to stay for the money.
Only the hotel position is good and nothing else. In the case you want to stay in this zone I suggest to book another Hotel!
Room dimensions: only 7,5square meters! Ridiculous No hair dryer available . Shower not working No air vortex in the bathroom , this mean That All smells remain in the room!
Simple good place to stay.
the room was so small you couldnt move was not clean just would avoid altogether
price, location, helpfulness of staff,
Hair dryer broken, walls scuffed, room very small
Location, convenience, room was good for price! Read reviews and panicked - however we paid for deluxe rooms and they were great considering what we had paid especially on NYE! Staff were friendly and helpful and we had everything we needed. In London if you want and expect 5* then you would need to prepared to pay for it!! This however was a pleasant little place but if you don't pay mega bucks don't expect the ritz! We had room 24 & 40...
Surroundings ie hallways and reception were scruffy. Don't know what other rooms were like but Deluxe rooms were ok.
Location was excellent
Tv didn't work, kitchen was in a cupboard, room was tiny, bathroom door didn't ckose properly, shower stuck facing the wall
Nothing. At all.
Room is tiny. Fridge opens about 6 inches before hitting bed. Barely enough space to get past the bed to other end of room. No space for luggage. Shower only has hot water in afternoon. All taps spray everywhere when used. "Kitchenette" too small to be of use. Thinnest curtains in the world - streetlight right outside room makes it almost impossible to sleep. No tea/coffee, and despite kitchette, no means to wash your own dishes and house keeping doesnt do them either
It is very convenient as it was close to the thbe station
It was very dirty, dusty, rubbish from other customers under the bed, even magazines! So we won't back unfortunately. Also the kitchenette did not work, so we couldn't cook everyday as we planned :(
