i liked the beach location, although i would have liked a sea view even if i had to pay extra. unfortunatly when booking a single room one always has the less popular rooms. the reception staff and the dining room staff were all very plesant and friendly but efficient. my room at the back of the hotel, but it was very comfortable and i enjoyed my stay. |

Location Layout like a rabbit warren. Corridors smelt like an old peoples home. Breakfast was mass produced and very poor. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. In fact they did more that one would expect in service and dedication to duty especially the restaurant staff nothing to complain about. Swimming Pool was good, clean and very welcoming to relaxation. Could do with a small sauna/steam room to compliment the pool - they do appear to have room fo rsome small expansion for this facility. |

The view from the room was spectacular, everything was very clean and the staff very obliging. The cooked breakfast had the usual bacon/ eggs etc ~ but no potato products at all (e.g: hash browns or saute'), the sausages were quite unpleasant in both flavour & texture, and some mushrooms would've been nice, to sit alongside huge halves of charred tomatoes. The fresh toast was soggy after a very short time. Disappointing!! |

The location of the hotel - on the seafront and near to the town centre - is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner we had was good and value for money. No major criticisms. It is a good three star hotel. |

It is well situated and generally the staff were very helpful. The rooms were adequate and the breakfast very good. The staff at breakfast were very helpful, but the manager's organisation was poor and it was close to chaotic. He directed us to a table which had a filthy tablecloth and was uncleared. The staff did their best t o recover the situtation and moved us to a clean table, but there were no napkins or teaspoons. |

I liked the room I stayed in and the dinning area downstairs. The heating didn't work in our room during the evening which made the whole room freezing cold. The hotel staff didn't offer any alternative - extra heater or another room. We had to wait a good half an hour in the cold room until somebody came to fix the hating in our room. |

Efficient, friendly staff - reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Clean room, good breakfast. Rather small room. Water pressure not the best - had to bath rather than shower. |

Nice hotel, very helpful staff with clean room, good furnishings and value for money. Would stay again! Think swimming pool is due a clean but otherwise it was warm and good for children to have a swim. Self serve breakfast could have been hotter but good selection of foods. |

On arrival, not given the room requested on booking. Receptionist not interested. Reason for not getting requested room they had group bookings and they come first. Dining room not free to other guests had to eat dinner and breakfast in bar. Won't book that Hotel again very disappointed. Paying customer paying the same rate if not higher than group booking. Very disappointed. Regards Joan |
