It was easy to find. It was clean. Large breakfast included in price.

The noisiest place I have ever visited. Everything very old, needs a facelift.

Very friendly atmosphere, helpful friendly staff. Perfect location for our visit. The bar was great. Had a lovely view of the sea, and slept very well. the self service breakfast was decent with lots of options. overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others and return ourselves.

The curtain rail was hanging off and stained at the bottom. There were several stains on the bedding and the carpet looked quite worn. Although we did not use the shower, the area was cramped and looked as though it was in need of a refurb.

Cheap rooms, perfect for what we wanted as it was over the road from The Spa, twin room with a sea view exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our double bed was 2 singles pushed together,and mattress a bit uncomfortable,and thats about it really...only a small gripe

Breakfast is self service ,food not very hot ,when you half way thru ,its gone cold ,a socket was hanging off the wall ,which I feel is a health hazard ,cleaner,s just push it back up against the wal ,instead of reporting it ,I did report it straight away as I feel this is dangerous ,someone could get eloctrocuted .hopefully it will be fixed

Bearing in mind that this is a budget price, the location is excellent. Clean and functional, not the most fashinable hotel but we weren't looking for that. Breakfast was tasty and you can eat as much as you want.

Nothing to dislike really, although i would have liked some fish as a halal alternative for breakfast. But that really is being picky!

Room was dirty. No clean towels after first day. No plug in sink was told it was a problem that could not be rectified! No remote for TV despite request. Carpet stained and filthy, furniture in room dusty and in a state of disrepair

Excellent buffet breakfast. Cheap and cheerful.

Areas of the room were a little unclean. Shower head was broken but still worked. Tea/coffee facilities in room not replenished each day. I would recommend but with caveats.

Breakfast was excellent. Nothing else to like at this time.

Toilet seat loose. flush handle very loose did not shower in morning due to shower head was black n grotty.

The room was ok ,but would have been nice if we could have had a sea view room ,bearing in mind there wasn't many people staying ,the breakfast was good with plenty of choice .

Didn't have enough tea/coffee in room and wasn't sure where or who to ask for some more
