Great location, good sized clean rooms. Bed was rather uncomfortable, very hard and uneven. Shower head not direct enough, was very weak and wide, was impossible to have a good shower, especially if not wanting to get your hair wet. |

The hotel is extremely convenient to all that York has to offer and is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is an ideal hotel for a weekend trip. York is a great walking City, with lots to explore especially some pretty fine local boozers! |

The hotel was very close to all of the cities amenities and the choice of breakfast was great. The room was well kept and the staff all said hello to us every time we passed and seemed genuinely to care about the guests. Breakfast was rather busy and we had to queue for a table both times but the staff always apologised for the delay and got us seated as soon as possible and you could tell we were there on a particularly busy weekend. |

It is very close to the centre of town and has a pleasant view over the river. It was slightly shabby in places. Also, we asked for an extra blanket as it was a very cold night and heating is centrally controlled - they do not have extra blankets. |

Great location The carpark fee was high. The underground carpark was dirty Most No room service was dissapointing. The smoking are at the hotel was filthy and not cleaned whilst we stayed, but it wasn't as bad as the carpark. |

Staffs at reception were friendly, room was clean and modern. English breakfast was buffet style so you could eat as much as you want and of good quality. The Hotel is very convenient for York City centre, it's only a few minutes’ walk. Nice views of the river Ouse, the hotel is next to it. The Hotel does have a car park, but space is limited so you might not get a place. Also costs £12 for 24hours. But if you do get a space, it's good you can leave the car and just walk everywhere as it's so close to the centre. |

We thought the location was good, it was central with good access to the inner ring road and very close to the shops, bars and restaurants in York. We found the rooms clean and comfortable, but couldn't fathom the AC to get any heat. After discussing this with the hotel we found out that they can also control the heating. |

The river view room was lovely. Excellent view, large room, great bathroom and all very comfortable. The parking charges as the car park seemed to have lax security and was shabby. So, I wonder why we were paying on top of hotel fees. |

We were given a room suitable for a disabled person just by the staff noticing I walk with a stick. Hotel very central for all York has to offer. We had to ask 3 times before extra pillows turned up |

Excellent location: only 5 minutes walk from York train station and 5 minutes walk to the heart of York. Excellent river views from the bar. Thin hard mattresses and thin duvets. Hotel itself shows a lot of wear and tear - dents on skirting board in the hallways, stains on carpets. However, with clean rooms and the convenient location, this hotel provides excellent value. |

The hotel was excellent and very good value, the location is central to everything York has to offer and was only a 5 min drive to designer outlet. no charge for parking and we were able to check in on arrival at 12.30. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and served until late morning. Had a lovely time and will return. Thank you Park Inn. Double duvet on a kingsize bed which was 2 singles pushed together so to get a bit of duvet ended up a bit uncomfortable in the middle on the join of the beds. |

Bathroom was very clean, well laid out and modern. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with both hot and continental available. The room was in need of refurbishment, too many scuff marks on the walls and furniture for a three star hotel. |
