We had a very pleasant stay on the whole.Breakfast very good Bar staff very pleasant and helpful Bar meals fairly good.Room size and cleanliness very good apart from a very stained throw which was quite off putting but on the whole a minor issue Good sized T.V.Location absolutely ideal for our trip. The temperature in the bedroom very cold and was almost treated as a joke by the male person on reception, female more pro active and finally fixed by a very helpful male thank you We should have mentioned it sooner as it was fixed very quickly once the right person was on board.

Close to Railway Station.Rooms are warm and clean with good shower facilities.Breakfast Buffet is extensive and caters for all tastes. Riverside rooms can be noisey at night due to the proximity of riverside Nightclubs and public footpaths.

Good location. Good shower Thought price for car parking rather expensive. We stayed in a Barcelo Hotel for the next two nights and the parking was 1/4 of your price per night. There package was also more economic with better facilities eg a swimming pool. Larger room This hotel was in Harrogate. It was cheaper for two nights b&b than for one night in your hotel room only.

The location was excellant on the River Ouse right in the centre of York so it was a few minutes walk into citycentre. It also had parking. The restaurant could done with a refurbishment the tables were scratched and chipped, the chairs were stained. Although there was a buffet breakfast it was basic. I feel for the price they charge it was not good value for money. I expected with the brand name of Radisson would be better quality and the higher end of the market.

Great location, nice view from hotel, had a decent gym (though it had outdated weights machines, and didn't stay open late on weekends). Staff were friendly and helpful in the few encounters we had with them I thought the bedding was a little cheap and thin.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the desk staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable Our room overlooked the street and was noisy late into the night. There were insufficient pillows in the room, although I am sure I could request more, Premier Inn have them to hand in the room. We ran out of toilet roll and had to phone for supplies just after arrival. The hotel is a maze and the room difficult to find without precise instructions. We stay in York quite often, but would not choose to stay here again as for the extra expense above the cost of a Premier Inn, other than being slightly close to town we did not see any other benefits and the room was much noisier.
