Excelente situacion y buenas vistas

Great location, good views from room and clean room

The shower had no power and the water was only slightly warm

No wardrobes (only rails) and no drawers for clothes. Too minimilistic!!

It was an ideal location, just a two minute walk into the center for shops and nightlife. The rooms were well kept and all ways clean and tidey.

In my opinion the hotel is very buisness like, ideal for meetings and conferences, but is a good hotel for one or two night stays for a city trip. I didnt find the hotels decor very warm cosy and relaxing. As i say more suited to buisness

Well situated but with no character

It has an excellent location, clean and very nice rooms, great shower and bed. Staff and services exactly what we needed and only 5 mins easy walk to the station and the only place we could get one night accommodation in York!

Location was perfect. Very clean room.

I liked the decor in my room, the bathroom and shower, the efficient reception staff and the location

Wednesday evening 11th Nov. central heating stopped working. Reception said they would re-set it. It would take 20 minutes. 1 hour 10 minutes later we went out for dinner, still no heat. Promise of it being re-set before we return. It was. Friday morning 13th Nov. central heating again not working. We were asked if we had changed the setting. We said no; we woke up and it wasn't working. We were told it would be off for 10 minutes. It was re-set after we went out one hour later.

Ideal location for access to York City. Good quality of service and well run hotel.

It was very central to all of york and the breakfast service was very good

When we arrived we were told that the morning papers and films were free of charge. At time of check out you tried to invoice us for these services but when challenged about this a new ammended bill appeared . This seemed as though if you did not query this you would have charged for these services

The hotel was in an ideal location, close to everywhere. The offer of having massgaes was nice although I din't get time but would next time.

Our bed was a bit lumpy. Our room was right next a large fan/pipe which made a regular groaning noise which was abit irritating and although I appreciate that there can't be brand new furniture for every visit the settee really let the modern room down. It looked like it had been dragged in from the street. I woiuldn't sit on it.
