Staff Attitude is very poor
It's very inexpensive.
Every single thing else than bed costs extra. Wi-Fi, towels, and… luggage room (3 pounds a bag). And reception is not nice at all. All you get is the price. Do not expect anything more.
Located in Kensington&Chelsea, 2min from Earl's Court tube station.
-Awful, rude and unpleasant people working there (men and women). -Two washing machines (none of them worked). They didn't refund me 3 pounds used in my non-working washing machine [pathetic]. -Two drying machines (only one worked, but very badly -clothes still wet after using it!-). -A dead cockroach in a corridor. -1 pound to print your plane boarding pass. -Wifi: 3 pounds per day. -Pc Internet: 1.50 pounds/1h30min. -Horribly hot and wet (We were there in July): we had to keep our bedroom door open (because you can't open the window completely!).
more female only rooms
guests making alot of noise into the early hours of the morning without considering other guests.
The fact that was open 24/7 .. It is easier when you have a plane at 6am ... And near the heathrow subway line and bus ...
My foot was black because of the floor ... It was dirty...
Toilet bad, bad stuff in reception.
Showers haven't got locks
The booking I swear was changed from the one I booked. The rooms were like ovens. The luggage store was rammed, came back to find our bags just chucked in a corner. The shower rooms could do with a bit of paint, very mouldy!!!!
Location is very good Checkin and check out times are good
- A male member of staff was very rude at the desk - Through booking.com I had ordered ten bedrooms in one room. I had called a couple of weeks before to confirm, and was told over the phone that everything was organised. When i arrived on the day, with the ten friends, I was told that I had two rooms, with 5 and 5 beds. It would not have been a problem had I not specifically ordered one room! Instead of being kindly explained that the hostel was booked out and room changes were not possible, I was spoken to in a very rude manner. - The male members of staff are not very approachable at the reception
not good enough, but still the cheapest near London.
The stuff was so rude. I can't sleep because of the others noise and there's no control or warning about it.
location, friendly, quiet.
shower room floor very wet... minor issue tbf.
-Rude staff members -There are 2 showers for 2 floors, 4th and 5th were sharing 2 small showers with black mold all over it. - if you hate yourself, stay there.
Too expensive. Wanted to re book a stay for 6 days in August. Quoted £ 162 for a four bed domain. On top of that £3 a day for internet. ± £3 for breakfast. Londonears hostel, has definitely lost a customer. Found a great hostel, internet and breakfast included 6 days £ 103.
