Location was great for museums and short walk to Gloucester Road tube station.Apartment was clean with plenty of towels and WiFi.Staff were very nice.
We were in a one bed apt with fold down sofa for kids. Apt seemed quite dark and needed more lights.Furniture and curtains were a bit worn and shabby. There was not enough crockery and cutlery for family of four. Windows needed cleaning on outside.
Fresh towels daily
Had to go to alternative property on different road to check in and get keys. Keys didn't work and had to wait for someone to come to hotel to allow access. Stars not the same as per this website according to the guy at reception when I got to other hotel - he said 3 star.
Nice appartment Near underground and restaurants
The second bed (for children) was not prepared, we had to ask. A nice lady come but did not know how to do a bed, and say a maid will come on next morning, we never saw her. No hot water on second evening.
great for children having 2 bedrooms so they could go to bed with no disturbances a bit of trouble with sofa bed but 1 phone call to reception and sorted straight away thank you
Close to Earls Court and Gloucester Road, easy to get around central London. Large apartment, good sized shower. Good central heating.
No double locks on doors Dirty toilet roll in room No toaster Incorrect wifi codes in room Moved rooms on first night, had to move again Shower took 10 minutes to heat and shower basin filled presumably due to blocked drains Unhelpful lacklustre staff Pre-auth not completed and held 5 days following full payment made - staff unaware of how this process works
We had booked (with confirmation in email) for 2 adults + 2 kids, yet at arrival they had only received booking for 2 adults. They added spare bed, yet this was clearly not what we had booked (and received confirmation for). Hence, unpleasant surprise at arrival.
Location is good. Staff was well intentioned and tried.
May it was just the apartment we had, but. Sink didn't drain. Water damage to floor. Mold smell. Water stains on wall. Torn curtains. Kitchen badly supplied. Generally dingy with no effort from the ownership to keep up the facility (the staff, however, were helpful and tried their best). I would never stay there again or recommend this place to anyone.
This HOTEL run by staff who follow very strange and corrupted policy. The customer can obtain easy online reservation, but when he arrive the Hotel, he will be faced with Un expected execute such as "Sorry the only available room is not ready because of water leake and we will compensate you with another room of our partner Hotel. It is not far and we will provide taxi free for you.....etc". In reality, their partner Hotel is located in poor area and far which is not an attractive area by online reservation. They did the same with me. I went to the alternative Hotel. It was far in a marginal poor area of London, and nobody will select it through online. The result, I came back to the Hotel, and I expressed great displeasure and dissatisfaction about the weired way they follow. They were obliged to provide room to me. I'll never deal such low culture people, and I ask others not come to their traps.
Great Location Great Staff Cleaniness Kitchen facalities
Wifi did not work Sofa bed could have been more comfortable
The apt was clean, modern and had a good standard
It was a bit overheated, and the kitchen was ok, but not very well equipped for cooking
The location is a couple of minute walking to Earls Court Station. Some small shops and resturuants are nearby for the last minute needs during stay.
1. Not mentioned but it was just found out that hot water was only available within very limited time. At the first night after arrival we have to take cold shower in December！）and the two mornings after without hot water. It was improved after we complained. 2. Facilities were very very poor. Door handle of the shower cabine was loose. Toilet cover was loose. Window frame was broken so window could not be closed (it was in december-January!). Thus there was no isolation at all for all traffic chaos during the whole night which make us difficult to sleep. Curtains could not be closed completely with their hooks 1/3 loose. We asked but not able to change to another apartment. They promised to send somebody to repaire the window however nothing happened, we even did not hear any feedback or explaination. 3. Reception is 5 minutes walking from the apartment but opposite direction of Earls Court Station. After a whole day's sightseeing we were too tired to walk again to the reception to ask for help or complain. We just have to stay with all problems. 4. In kitchen each bowl, each dish, each cup are in different size and shape, some of them are demaged. Table legs were also loose, luckly the table could just stand. However, compared to the others above these are minors.
Location good, room clean and nice
takes 10 minutes after tap turned on to get hot water, towel dryer not operational, no reception and no advice before arrival on how to get a key, didnt respond to emails and phone number on booking.com wrong and no apology, wouldnt reccomend this hotel
The location. The underground is very close. 2 blocks (Earl's Court).
Th check.in/out is in another place. The spaces are not so clean and the facilities such as the kitchen or the bathroom are poor for the price.
Location was very good.
Curtains did not close and had to use many hair pins to secure. Not really good enough given we were on the ground floor. TV did not work, informed staff 3 times and nothing was acted upon. Would not stay here again. Cleanliness was not great. Rooms serviced daily which means bins emptied and towels replaced only.
The staffs attitude. The mix up with my booking. The managers lack of empathy. Staff ESP one member was most unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Would not recommend this hotel chain to anyone. There was a powercut. Constant shortage of water and a constant buzzing noise from the pipe work.
There were a few hiccups, but the staff were always friendly and did their best to sort anything out. The position is amazing... so close to Earl's Court tube. Around the corner from Sainburys supermarket. Very quiet and the heating was perfect. Lovely crisp white duvets on bed! Towels were replaced each day with fresh towels
The main entrance key kept deactivating itself and we couldn't get in to the building. It was a bit of a hike to the other office to get someone to unlock the door. Kitchen utensils were scant - no frypan, etc. Couldn't work out how to work the microwave. Otherwise apartment was quite good.
The warming of the flat
Half lights was down so dark appartement. We signal 2 times, nothing changes. Spoons missing; we signal 2 times and we receive great spoons 2 First days we Have smal towels for showers ( for 4 people) floor dirty
Broken furniture No wifi Radiators not working Remote control with no batteries x3 Smelled of smoke I would never stay there again
Generally a nice facility. Clean room and sheets and good kitchen.
Needs to have a desk staff. If one forgets room key, she will have to walk to Kensington Rms barefoot in the winter cold.
LocAtion,hot water,heat,nice bed
The apartment was not in a great condition although the bed was comfortable.
The organization of the service. We had a terrible weekend with a lot of our limited time been transferred from place to place and walking from the reception to the accommodation. The only thing that was done very positively was the signing in and making sure that the bill will be payed.
Having to have cold shower and room card not working and it made to feel as if it was our fault
Best location, 2 minute walk from Earl's Court Station, Sainsburys 5 minute walk away.
the main office is around the corner so we had to go there, causing us to get late for our show. Kitchen had no flat pans just a pot, and no wash cloths or table clothes, no ice tray either, blinds did not fully close but these things couldn't dampen our trip
There are a lot of restaurant and supermarket in the area near the apartment. The apartment is located near the earls' court station. The room is very clean and nice.
The heater doesn't work but it is fine because the weather is not too cold.
