There are a lot of restaurant and supermarket in the area near the apartment. The apartment is located near the earls' court station. The room is very clean and nice.
The heater doesn't work but it is fine because the weather is not too cold.
Location Close proximity to Underground Restaurants nearby good price
cleaning service was not up to the mark - dirty check in at their office to get the keys no keys on the first day no toilet roll
location is good, near to museums and near to earls court underground station
there is no reception in the hotel, you have to go to another hotel (200-300m away) for check-in , check-out or if you need any thing, they don't even leave you a telephone in the room or any where in the building, and of course there is no security since there is no reception
the location was good- walking distance for national history museum and Harrods. Polite receptionist
the cleaner never changed the bed sheets and we stayed there for a week. she also forgot to bring clean towels and toilet paper twice. Poor soundproofing as we could hear people from next door walking and talking all the time. Their beds were uncomfortable
Location, my own kicked, cleanses, management
Bad beds .. not a clean hotel..
location was great, close to tube & really easy travelling to & from Heathrow. plenty of places to eat or drink nearby. easy access to London attractions
Kitchenette not great. Not enough plates, glasses etc. but could manage.
The location of the apartment was fantastic, short walk to Earls Court station, and there were lots of pubs and restaurants, supermarkets and laundromat in the area. The staff were friendly and helped us with our bags, from the walk to reception to the apartment (about 3 minute walk). Bathroom was small but clean and what seemed newly renovated, great shower pressure. Kitchen only really allowed us to make breakfast in the morning. Daily maid service was a nice touch. The main bedroom was comfortable. A good apartment if you just need somewhere to sleep in a central location.
I know that you dont necessarily get value for money in London it wasn't the most comfortable apartment for the money we paid. Our friend slept on the stretcher and the springs broke in the middle of the night, and not very comfortable for an extra guest. The couch wasn't very comfortable, but we didn't really spend a lot of time in the apartment anyway. The kitchen had enough cutlery and crockery but we had to buy a sponge to wash the dishes because the one they left us looked like it was a year... old yuk!
It was a great appartment perfect for 5 people, Very quirky all the rooms an mix levels which made it nice. Clean rooms, plenty of storage space, both bedrooms good size, the pull out bed was easy to use. Was lovely to have a entertain system that was easy to use, with complementary coffee and tea!
Not enough cutlery and glasses for the amount of people staying in the apartment. needs a bit of paint and some damp paint around the windows, toilet leeked.
Everything apart from;...............
The walk from the hotel to the booking-in building with all our luggage.
location is perfect, very close to tube station, staff are nice people
No reception, nobody will open the door for you, once the taxi driver dropped you with your luggage, you ring the bell with no response then you will find a piece of paper saying that you must walk 5-6 mins to speak with kensington room hotel staff to report your arrival. in addition all flats have no bell from outside so if are expecting visitors or post like what happened to me you have no chance to know that somebody is coming to see you. curtains need to be repaired , the sofa is old, they also did not return deposit back following one month of the departure
Kind staff, good location
Apartment does not have its own reception so you have to go first somewhere else to check in. It is not easy to find! I asked for an apartment for 4 people and there was one bedroom with double bed (ok) and a living room with tiny sofa which was not comfortable at all and not for two persons! My apartment was called deluxe which is huge exageration! Standard was just ok.
It is close to the tube, supermarket, museums and pubs.
Located near Earls Court tube station
Check in a was a 5 minute walk away. Lack of reception and a side street location is not ideal for a single female.
The location was good - it was a private apartment and generally quiet - I had an apartment with a little garden which was good to have to be able to step outside
The decoration was tired and could do with an update - there was no hairdryer (but I am sure it is possible to ask for one) I was working from the apartment during the afternoon and wanted a nap but it seems the afternoon is when the maintenance team do their checks and there is no way of putting a do not disturb on the door.
Treatment , Dealing with guests . plus lack of accuracy in dealing with guest credit card. they charged me twice and they claimed it is by mistake. uptill now I have not received my mony back. plus no elevator & lights went off for the first two days , and no regular room service
Bed comfortable Kitchen / bathroom clean Nice size TV and
Noise from other guests.. No one manning the reception area at all.. The noise and other problems would not arise if someone was there to keep control of the area. Also my windows on the ground floor we so dirt I couldn't see through them.. This is a something that does not cost Money but makes all the difference. All the curtains and blinds needed attention as they were not working and the curtains were hanging from the rails by a tread.. I personally do not think it was worth £335 for 2 nights. Also I had no sleep event though the bed was very comfirtable.
No fire alarms installed they were removed No drain cover in basin Curtains not hung properly Lights half falling and dirty Freezer totally frozen blocked No proper attention to missing tea bags or sugar Beds not made every day Linens not changed often enough Not very active in implementing changes Furniture and fittings could use an update
clean and big for London hotel room size and everything you need when you want the opportunity to cook/make coffee etc
there was a map on the entrance that you need to go to another hotel around 5 min away to collect the key card. Then the staff walk with you back to the apartments.
The location was excellent and near the tube, buses and points of interest. Shopping nearby was also a plus. Staff were pleasant when we talked with them but very busy.
Our first apt.was a disaster but they moved us to a much nicer one. Although the fan in the bathroom didn't work and the lack of lighting at night in the sitting area all in all it was quite pleasant. Full kitchen but lack of a pot to boil an egg in and 1 teaspoon was annoying. Noise from traffic 24/7 was certainly bothersome. Broken fan plug for use in bedroom was awful because it was so warm and with the open window the noise kept us awake most nights. Need air conditioning units due to warm temps.
Management needs to make some effort to fix the towel rail heater in the bathroom - runs all night and makes the bathroom very warm. Broken middle door in the kitchen should also be looked at as well as replacing the slashed drapes - not a great look when you arrive.
I choosed this Aparthotel for the wifi availability, there was not possible. I payed for it too. They don't gave me a solution
The apartment stank like a cesspit, the kid's sofa bed was a joke (had to sleep on railings, pretty much). Two mismatching cups (for four people) and three mismatching glasses (for four people). Kitchen cupboard doors hanging off, or missing. Microwave didn't work. The whole place was grubby, bed was damp, a real disappointment. Thank goodness it was just for one night, late, after the theatre. We were up and out by 8am. Disgusting place. I shudder every time I think about my children having to sleep there. Ugh. If only the Premier Inn across the road had a family room available, we'd have been over there in a shot...
the position was near tube earls court and supermarket and eating places on Gloucester road.
Our apartment was on ground floor and the tube(underground trains) passed underneath so had all vibrations and noise when it was working!! It was very cold in apartment and poor lighting. No reception as seperate building from hotel where you get key from. Kitchen equipment very scarce, with maybe only one of different plates etc no tea towel etc Although basic equipment, no care had been taken to supply utensils and make a welcoming environment for cooking/eating.
