Water drainage is very poor. Wooden floor board uneven caused by water damage
Good view of Canary Wharf.
Apartment was smaller than I expected (as it was described as luxury) and giving £200 as a deposit is ridiculous. It has taken too much time to get my deposit back.
Spacious and warm. Relatively cheap.
In need of complete re-decoration, damp in the bathrooms, fan hanging off the ceiling, kitchen poorly equipped, we had to buy teaspoons and a washing up bowl. Absence of fire extinguisher and blanket means probably does not meet fire regs. Limited, stained furniture just about adequate for the three of us but sleeps 5!
Near to excel
Flat stank of cigarette smoke. Mattresses uncomfortable. Deposit was actually taken from my account instead of being pre authorised. It was not returned within 72 hours and I had to ring three times to get it returned.
Great location, extremely spacious apartment, good value for money for 1 night. Probably need showers etc to be fully working if staying longer.
Wasn't sure about having to pay such a large damages deposit, plus get charged 3% to use a debit card for this purpose. You don't get that back. They will also not refund the deposit for 3 days - why? Needs a bit of an update in the kitchen and bathrooms - fine for 1 night though.
Great price and location, spacious apartments
The bed in one of the bedrooms was broken when we arrvied and it took two days for it to be replaced (after some broken promises and mulitiple phone calls); lots of other broken, scratched or stained furniture - the apartments need a renovation badly.
Brilliant location for visiting the 02. Apartment had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. 24-hour manned front desk made it feel secure.
Directions were not clear - we spent a lot of time looking for an office to collect keys to the apartment when we should have been looking for a representative from Zen who came to meet us.
Change of arrangements not notified to us. No customer service appreciation. Unreasonable staff. Charged to credit card without agreement to changes or terms and agreement breached. In legal hands. Not recommending very stressful experience.
Spacious Apt, well located near by a DLR station in a quiet environment, staff is very nice.
No reception on the site
The free upgrade to Ability House was great, the location and ease of access to the DLR and tube was fab, the views from the balcony were incredible and the place itself was just lovely.
Great location for touring London and doing all the sites with children and facilities were excellent.
Apartment is very close to the DLR, only a five minute walk. From South Qauy you can be in the city center within 20 minutes. Apartment is very spacious and enough facilities.
No storage facilities for your luggage and checking in later than 20:00 will cause a late checkin fee..
Location was excellent, welcome from staff was also excellent. Apartment was spacious and well equipt
There was a number of small issues i.e. broken/missing window blinds, broken heating controls. Also we were hassled out of the apartment, check out was at 10.00 and the staff were knocking on the door at 5 to!
Lots of space, great location
Shower holder was broken, base of other shower was rotting away.
Really beautiful view; Spacious, with a kitchen and sitting room. It is hard to get a place that big for this price in London.
Place was very dirty - stains on the soft furnitures, dust, hairs in bedrooms and bathrooms, mold. Keep in mind that there's no way you can leave your luggage if you arrive early or leave late - we asked, and we were told that to leave our luggage we need to pay for early checkout, and it is pricey. It was kind of bad surprise, given that it never happened to us before. Also, you will be asked to take your trash yourselves - another thing I find really ridiculous. Especially since a guy comes to check the apartment and he sits and looks at you while you throw it but doesn't move a finger to help.
I was working in Canary Wharf. It was a 5 minute walk away over the footbridge. The apartment was well equipped and much larger than I had expected. Very close to the South Quay DLR, so not too far to carry luggage.
The balcony door wouldn't properly close, so there was a bit of a draught.
The only think that was good in this stay was the sympathy of Rashid (the guy that came to meet us at the house).
First we booked our stay to be at the Meridian Palace apartment, because we thought they had the conditions we need for the stay (location, stores around, the open space in the apartment, etc...) but when we get to London we receive a message around 2pm, when the check in was at 12am with a different address. So we called and they told us that they will give us instead of an apartment a house that was 5 minutes from where we were supposed to be. When we ask for directions they said that they couldn't explain because the path was very tricky. So we had to use our internet rooming and ask people in the street if they knew that road. When we got there after a 40min walk with a pregnant friend with us, the house was nothing like we saw in the pictures. Was a house with 3 floors and none of the things we paid extra such as rooftop, a view to the river, "luxury" we didn't get. So we were very disappointed and we called to change and the lady was very rude and told us they didn’t have any apartment available at the moment. So we had to stay there‼! And on top of it, we find out that the location was so bad that for us to go to a store we had to took the DLR‼! The second thing is if you pay the 200£ deposit by cash or card, they will returned only by card a few days later. So if you pay by PayPal or Mbnet like us, be aware, because they will return it to a card that doesn't exist!!!
The canary wharf area is beautiful at night, the neighbors were very friendly
Staff were inconsistent and didn't inform us what they had fixed (the shower) and expected us to be aware of it. Hot water took time to work after an individual's shower. Asked for more in terms of deposit than stated on booking.com but later was sorted.

In need of some renovation especially bathrooms-damp, no plugs for bath/kitchen sink despite staff assurance would provide so improvised.Delay in refund of deposit .
Location is quite good.
A single key for 5 adults very unreasonable and restricts flexibility of movement. Staff were insensitive, quarrelsome and nonchalant. Refused to give second set of keys even after Booking.com intervention. Hidden charges of 500 pds caution fees. No ironing board, direction for use of washing machine and refuse disposal. Will not stay there again.
Location The place is spacious
Pillows provided were as flat as the pan cake Hot water does works even after 2 days of repair Management was very inflexible about parking. We booked the apartment for 11 days after touring other parts of uk and need parking for just a day before we return the rental car. Management insisted parking @ 15 pound per day if require has to be for entire duration and refused to let us have it for a single day. We parked the car elsewhere of course. Tumble dryer that does not work
The apartments were okay in themselves. But broken heaters and oven, missing plugs (no baths, can't wash up in the kitchen).
Greedy company, rude and unhelpful staff. Did not provide me what I booked for and did not refund. Ignored all email communication. Extra stress on my wedding day. Hateful.
Internet connection was really bad. First day we had no internet and only after contacting the contact person several times we were able to have wifi connection only in the livingroom. Furthermore we were told to pay a different amount then what we had booked for on the booking.com site. We however showed the booking confirmation and we we paid the original costs.

The location is very good with a nice view over O2 and the South Dock. The apartment is large and describtion of the flat is correct. Fast service when something was missing.
They are charging extra for late arrival, £6 extra if you do not pay deposit by cash. Small amounts but it is disturbing. A plumber and and electrician need to do a service of the apartment. Flushing of toilets, owen function and ligthing at toilets are not 100%. Sheet and pillow cover were missing for the 5th person, and we could not get that for first night.
