Location was beautiful, space of apartment was great.
Carpet, sofas and beds are all soiled not happy with hygiene. No protective bedding on anything, shower broken in ensuit, flooring damaged and smelt of damp in other bathroom. Quite disappointed with this.

Reasonable Appartments close to the O2
On arrival we were asked for a deposit to cover damages and they took a swipe of my debit card. I was told this would be returned within 10 working days. It wasn't and I had to chase them for it. Then they only returned £194. In this day and age they don't need to actually take the money from your account. I should add there were no damages

Location and price
Only one bathroom when two were advertised I was informed that the original transaction hadn't gone through and had to pay again with another card however a random amount had been taken off my first card. Took lots of chasing to get it refunded and I was told they'd call me when they'd looked into it but they never did.
Good location for us visiting the O2! Comfortable and clean.

They are advatised as premium apartments , only standard. Inconvenient not having any where to store luggage, check in and out times very strict. Mould on grouting around the shower. No balcony on 1 apartment

The apartments were fantastic, nicely decorated and everything worked as it should. If the communication skills could be improved greatly and the apartments had everything we expected like ironing boards/working tv's etc I would book it again.
No wardrobes, ironing boards, working TV in some apartments we booked. Communication was awful, from the moment we booked the 4 apartments there was confusion about payments received and just a few days before we were to arrive I received a list of rules and regulations but could only annoy. I asked for apartments to be cleaned and they were not, I'm told the guy who finally showed up swore about the job he had to do. It took too long and a bit of chasing to get our deposit back but it was eventually returned. It felt like a money grab in the end dealing with the company but the apartments themselves were beautiful.

Apartment was a little shabby (stained sofas, stains on the walls, broken fan in the bathroom, etc) TV didn't work (but not terribly important to us) and terrace door was jammed (which was fixed by us) We had to wait for 20 minutes for the key holder to meet us despite following key collection instructions to the letter.

Staff really non existent on arrival. Had to wait 45 minutes to get the key despite prior arrival notice
When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned at all after the departure of the previous guests; dirty/used sheets on all beds, and bathrooms not cleaned either. Completely unacceptable! Emergency cleaners brought in when we complained, but this meant we could not use the apartment for over an hour after our arrival.

Spacious rooms and well located for South Quay DLR
No sink plugs in the kitchen and the bathroom and the wifi router packed up on our first evening so we were unable to use our iPads to make reservations on various attractions
the size of the apartment was great. and free wifi available which was good.
the apartment was worn, and tired. the carpets are really worn, the bathrooms are in serious need of an overhaul. the kitchen floor tiles were lifting (infact some were actually loose) probably due to a flood in the kitchen. there was stains on the lounge room carpet and the décor was decidedly 80's. such a shame for an otherwise good spacious apartment.

Staff at zen were rude,disrespectful, judgemental, unfair and also discriminating. When we got to the apartments we waited 15 minutes for a member of staff to come show us to our apartment. The lady who showed us nearly never let us stay because we were a group of men...she kept repeating no party's,you can't have party's. Threatened us with the police kicking us out if we made one noise during our stay no matter if it was Afternoon or during the night. She then further took a £200 pound deposit Off of me so if any damage was made she could take it off the deposit...not Once did I receive a letter telling me about this so I wasn't happy with the way she treated me with this matter. I had no choice because if I never gave her my card details she was going to kick us out. Eventually the lady left and on her way out repeating "guys I really Hope no party's tonight" then asked what time we would check out between 8-10 in the morning. we said neared 10 and she went on to tell us 8 would be better as they had other customers the next day. We never left till half 9 as we were entitled to 10 if we wished. Because she had threatened us with the deposit and took £200 we then went and checked the apartment which I have loads of photos of!
Great apartment as it was very spacious and was great for a group of friends spending the night in London. Close to DLR.
A bit tatty but expected for the good price.
