Power lines sort of got in the way of our view, but the view was still amazing. There was some traffic noise in the mornings because there is a "speed bump" that everyone has to slow down for. The room we had involved 30 steps so it wouldn't be handicap accessible.
The view of the Grand Anse area from our balcony was amazing.

Beautiful View Beautiful Beach

The angle from the bed watching television needs a bit more height
Spacious clean room and comfortable bed

Nothing of note.
Good location on Grand Anse beach. Great views of harbor and sea. Located on a hill which required lots of steps from unit to beach but hotel provides golf cart service upon request. No problems.

The view is the best you can ask for from a hotel but once the staff realized I was a national there customs and courtesy wasn't as good as it was with the foreigners. I would stay again but I won't expect top notch service

VIEW WAS AWESOME. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. RECEPTION STAFF WAS FRIENDLY ROOMS WERE CLEAN.

Rooms was a bit dated. Breakfast could have more options.
Location and service was good.

The room had ants, hot water ran out every day; the furniture was very old and dirty; the staff were not very helpful, although every time I called the front desk they fixed the hot water immediately. When I called about the ants, they brought up a can of bug spray! Had to spray the unit to prevent the ants. Many steps to climb from the room to the beach, although there was a golf cart that was available. Food at restaurant was below average. Not worth it- very expensive for what is was. Worth a walk to Umbrellas restaurant at the end of Grand Anse beach.
The views and the beach were the best asset of this resort. Great beach chairs on the best beach of Grenada made the vacation worth it. The one bedroom unit was very spacious, with a full kitchen. The bed was very cozy and comfortable. Safe in room worked great. Front desk was very willing to call taxis when needed. Pool was very nice.

The on-site restaurant was not particular good - or a good value. Additionally, service tended to be slow and the restaurant staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.
The location was possibly the best on the beach (if you don't mind a few stairs). We loved having our own kitchen. You won't mistake this place for the Ritz, but it is clean, comfortable, and perfectly lovely!

Lots of stairs to get to rooms with great views, but I liked those to burn off drink calories. There is a cart to drive you up and down the hill if you need. Restaurant food is ok, but the bar food and drinks are pretty tasty. Lots of great nearby restaurants too.
On Grand Anse beach with great views. Also easy access to BBC beach, Spiceland mall, and other resorts. Beach hotel bar is fun, with Crab Racing on Saturday nights. Friendly staff. Accurate hotel bill at the end. Great value.

Walking up and down the stairs to do anything. Built in the side of a hill. It's not for the weak or faint of heart.
The beach is great. The bar and restaurant are perfectly located next to the beach. Service is slow but friendly.

The property is a bit run down and "aged", but it was not uncomfortable. Steps can be an issue for some, but there is a golf cart that can take you around.
Close proximity to Grand Anse beach, the airport and other shopping areas (banks, gas stations and supermarkets..etc.) so getting around and making the most of the stay was easy. Staff very friendly and our room had a fantastic view of Grand Anse beach.

Great value. Great views. Beach felt like it was private, though it was public. Far from cruise ship section of beach. Food was very good, also. Friendly staff.

How many steps you had to go up and down to eat or drink. the variety of Breakfast wasn't much as I was a veggie.
The room was good. The customer service was good and the cleaning.

The stairs...damage three ligaments on my foot awhile back....when I called for a pick up I was told that I could take the stairs....but that is the only thing I didn't like...
Loved the view, the staff was always willing to help and the food and services was excellent.....will definitely return....

The visit was comfortable as the staff was friendly and tried as best to meet all our needs. The location was superb as it is on one of the cleanest and beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. The view from our room during the day and at night was simply breathtaking. We also felt secure and well protected. We enjoyed our visit.

When getting mony from my card converting to their dollars my rates for service charge was different. The manager that was the most friendlest charged the higest rates on all of my excghanges. The bottom line is where a profit could be made it was but in a pleasant manger.
The facility and the view of George Town from my window.

Not really a downside this, but because we were visiting for carnival I would have chosen a hotel closer to St George town, as the hotel was at the end of the chain along Grand Anse Beach. Strictly personal preference, not a criticism.
Booked for a two night stay over the Carnival period. Enjoyed the crab races & karaoke night, my son moreso as won a few bets and the staff surprised him with a birthday cake & song! I liked that you could have a snack anytime, rather than being tied to full main meals at specific times of the day. The room was comfortable and easy to adjust the AC to your own preference. Lovely view over the harbour from the room balcony too. As a first visit spending time in Grenada, I would go back again.

Absolutely brilliant hotel with very friendly staff even got a free rumpunch on arrival
August 3, 2014
The restaurant menu is very plain, just grilled thingies, not elaborate food...
Pleasant views of Anse Beach

The attitude of the staff member on reception. The standard of the room allocated. I have stayed at Flambouyant previously and the room and service was of a better standard. I will not be booking to stay there again.
June 23, 2014
I had no negative opinions about the hotel
The hotel had buggies to take you from your room to the beach and the restaurant.
June 17, 2014
The rooms are a bit dated, basically it's a 1970's hotel on a hill so it's a steep incline every time you want to go back to your room. I think it's overpriced for the style, large box style building. Breakfast too pricey.
The beach is the best part if this hotel. Grand Anse is a lovely, long, very clean and safe beach for all ages. Loved the pet tortoises though! Nice clean pool area. Dinner was good. But Breakfast is served in a large sterile room.
