The beach restaurant meals were very good. My Doctor would be happy I took the exercise up the steps.(smile)

Dive shop on site, room clean and large.

All staff rude. Everyone with a chip on their shoulder. We waited 45 mins for 7 sandwich lunches (dive boat). No other guests present when we sat down, no other guests present when we left. We asked where our food was and were given a lecture by the waitress that if we had a schedule, we should have pre-ordered our lunches in the morning before the dive boat left (note: The bar is not open at that time) rather than an apology and "here's your lunch".

Cleanliness, beautiful views and very nice staff.

Sometimes it was a little too much uphill for holiday and we are exercise people.

Good price for a good resort. Close to beach with pool. Drinks were reasonable and well made. Good scenery from the room and from the restaurant. Not too far from St George's and the airport.

Hotel is on top of a hill so there is hike to the beach and hike to the room. We had the upper levels which made it a fair distance from the beach. Breakfast was overpriced for what you got. Front desk staff could be a little friendlier.

Although it is a seaside hotel, you have to do some climbing.

Superb location with great view over Grand Anse beach and St. George's. Easy access to the beach, very nice pool with view. Good food at the restaurant. Quiet area but close to a lot of facilities.

Looks a bit outdated. Restaurant and specially the bar need some improvement; doesn't fit with the overall impression. Breakfast too epensive.

Its the best view on the island. Staff went out of their way to assist you. I did not choose the all inclusive plan and the grocery store is walking distance. If you are not a physically fit person you may not want to choose the flamboyant there are many stairs to get to the restaurant, pool and beach. However, they offer a golf cart on your request. I accidently dropped $20.00 in my room the maid found it and placed it on my dressing table, I will stay at the flamboyant again

The bathtubs are a little high you have to be careful when exiting the tub.

Die Lage am Grand Anse Beach ist sehr schön und der Blick vom Hotelbalkon ist herrlich. Die Zimmer sind recht abgewohnt, aber sauber. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist aus aus karibischer Sicht in Ordnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Eine Erneuerung der Möbel wäre durchaus mal sinnvoll.

Mycket vacker utsikt över Grand Anse beach. Restaurangens vackra läge vid stranden. Badstrand och vatten av hög klass. Mycket trevlig personal, väl fungerande wi-fi inom hela området.

Le côté prison. L'hotel est entouré de grillages et les portes sont cadenassées de 18.30 à 6.30 matin. Les chambres, bien que confortables, sont défraichies et surtout la route passe a 20 mètres, ce qui ne permet pas un repos nocturne décent.

The beach was beautiful, food very good, the staff was just wonderful.

The stairs to beach can be tough on someone with might have difficulty in walking but there is a car to bring you up and down the hill which is very helpful.

Hotel was clean, service was good and location was excellent. The rooms are very large, a bit dated though.

Breakfast was highly overpriced. It is located on a hill/mountain so it is a bit of hike up and down from the hotel to the pool to the beach...
