The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There was no rush to checkout and no hidden charges. Close to the beach. An overall beautiful experience. I couldn't afford to stay longer.

Excellent location and friendliness of staff The surcharge of 4.5% for payment by credit card which is outrageous. No mention of this is made on the Mount Cinnamon website or in particulars given by Booking.Com

Clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The beach was terrific. The accomodations were good. LIghts did not work. Though there was transportation, the hills were tough to negotiate. The Snacks were limited and the fee for creedit card use was terrible.

Views were the best. Easy access to the beach. The beach was great and facilities at the beach were very adequate. Staff were very friendly. The villa was very comfortable and relaxing. The only negative we found was the restaurant. For the food which was OK, it was a little pricey. There are other better restaurants on the island for less prices. Not a negative for us, however less mobile seniors would fine it a challenge to walk up the hill to get to the hillside villas.
