Swimming pool is tiny and always dirty. We thought it was a fish pond at first! Water feature is broken and pool is never lit up at night as per the resort photos.
Lack of training for most of the hotel staff is very obvious.
We were supposed to be on a breakfast included plan but the waitress took room number every day to charge cooked food to the room so we went to the supermarket and made use of our kitchen. We needn't have, as we weren't billed, but she should have known.
There is no spa to speak of, just treatment beds in a room.
The walk to the beach albeit across beautiful gardens might be a problem for some, but not for us.
We got a reduced rate of £240 per night per suite (we had x2) but I'm glad we didn't pay more. We'll go to the Radisson next year as they have 2 beautiful pools and the standard of the resort is much higher (£150 per night for a double room facing the beach). Horses for courses, but the lovely beach club at Mt Cinnamon didn't make up for not being able to have a decent swim.
Beach club, water sports and garden recreation facilities all very good standard and staff down there are all very helpful.
Lots of room in one bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities. Cheerful decor.
Great for families with small kids on the sofa bed.
Daily room cleaning very high standard.
Lovely hill side views across the bay.
