Very friendly and helpfull English speaking staff; good breakfast; situated close to most sights and metro. Very noisy street-traffic during day and early evening.

Standard of bathroom was really good, hotel is close to Liberty squere customer service in general - no good morning, no thank you. But the hotel wasn't an exeption - hospitality business have to learn a lot in Gorgia

I liked the hotel's design, the staff's overall friendliness and readiness to help. In my opinion, anyone would be hard-pressed to find a better hotel for the same price. The breakfast was a bit monotonous.

- rude and unpleasant staff - calling room at midnight to sort out bill - inept and apparently unaware of how to use a credit card - strongly advise against using this hotel based on the rude, unhelpful and generally useless staff

Everything was great. Very nice staff, good size modern bedroom, great shower. Breakfast was excellent, good variety to please any person, from cereals to omelet, etc. very nice. Location is very good, five min walk to Liberty Square, five min to Funicular. Old city I think is close also. Lots of shops near by, a few bars and restaurants also. A very good stay! Nothing. I would come and stay again :)

Everything was so great. The hotel is close to the centre of city and you can get there easily by walking. The employees were helpful and friendly.I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Tbilisi. Breakfast was not good enough. They should prepare the breakfast earlier time in the morning.

My luggage have been opened during the stay, nothing significant has been stolen, but this was really unplesant... I was estonished by the rezction of the hotel staff who do not apologized....we asked for an apologize, we finally obtained... But they did not want to give us any compensation for this event... we should notice that the helpnok booking.com staff was excellent and really help us to solve out this issue.

Hotel situated near Freedom Square, less than 10 min. Walk, but at a noisy street; renvated building, rooms large, well-groomed and decorated with beautiful furniture; bathroom good with a large rain shower Breakfast a bit poor and unkind and without ideas; shortly before arriving the hotel told us that the room rate will cost 20 usd more and was not ready to cancel; in the last years we booked more than 30 times with booking.com and never had to make this experience

In my opinion this is the best hotel for its quality-price and location to see the city. Beautiful view from the balcony, welcoming stuff, nice room design, daily towels change. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel provided a taxi to the airport that is very convinient for the Tbilisi's newcomers. We were lucky to get acquainted with its driver David who showed us Tbilisi and Mtskheta and told about Georgia and its people. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
