It was our first time in Batumi and I am so glad we decided to stay in the suburb - Gonio. We drove to Batumi several times to explore the city, but didn't like this experience. Hotel Egrisi is located just 5 minutes walk from the sea, room is big enough and provides everything you may need: private bathroom, air conditioner, small refrigerator and even sea-view balcony

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this location. It was comfortable and relaxing and the family is so friendly, hospitable and kind. They made us feel very welcome and were very helpful with any information we needed. The house is right on the road where you can take a bus and easily get to Batumi within a few minutes. The view is stunning and there is a nice trail for hiking as well as a convenient store within walking distance. It was an authentic experience staying with a Georgian family and I would definitely recommend this place with great value for money!

The best guest house around. There are many facilites made me happy. Spacious and fully equipped common kitchen. Nice grill, cute aquarium.
Rly close to everything, to the sea, to Gonio cross (recommend to walk there at summer, great views), fortress, bus stop and local taxi.
The owner is frendly and welcoming, always ready to help.
Great place to spend your holidays on the Black Sea.

Gonio is a perfect place for having rest of crazy work shifts. It is very easy to get Gonio. You can travel by bus or train, or airplane to Batumi and then by taxi ,only 10 minurs. IN Gonio you can enjoy with calm, beautiful atmosphere. Sea in Gonio is the best I have ever seen. Sea is calm, warm and clean. Beaches are clear and comfortable. The perfect thing is that in Gonio you can enjoy not only by sea views, but also with mountain views. People in Gonio are friendly. I stayed in comfortable hotel Roshe. It is the best hotel! There is a restaurant At the second floor with the great kitchen! All food was so delicious! I loved Gonio so much that I want to arrive again!

Definitely one of the cosiest and most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed at. Unbelievably clean, even taking into account my fussiness about it. The breakfast was right what I like it to be, with delicious honey and a variety of home-made jam. Friendly and helpful staff who make everything possible to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as it could possibly be. The beautiful beach is only one minute walk from the hotel.JuliaRussia

If nothing else other than owner response and help it is enough for me. Zouri, the owner of the property is a wonderful person, he helps in every way. The breakfast is awesome and meets the expectations. Everyone there is easy going and ready to help. You need a car to easily communicate in and out to the city center.
