I just do not undrestand why do you call this place a Hotel !! and why do you have this place in your listing , as I expect a minimum requirment for the places that you offer to your members and visitors. Have you ever send an inspector to this place to check it out to be called a Hotel even as a non star Hotel? we arrived at 2 oclock in the morning and left at 8.30 in the morning with only 5.00 hrs.of sleep over (not in the) a dirty bed.

The only thing I like was a free shuttle from the railway station. Our room was literally dirty and the furniture damaged (the owner said that a group of school kids was staying there a day before and destroyed everything). No towels, not even a toilet paper in the bathroom. The location is disastrous: windows are facing extremely noisy street, instead of shops or cafes you can find only car services in the neighborhood. Keep away from this hotel and don't hesitate to spend a few Euros more for better accommodation.

Şehrin merkezinde olmasının dışında pek sevilecek bir yanı yoktu.Kahvaltı doyurucuydu. Otele girince şok olduk, Bu fiyata böyle kötü bir otel görmedik.Booking.com sanırım bakmadan yayınlamış resmen kandırıldık. İnsanları iyi niyetli bir şeyler yapmaya çalışıyorlar ama ya yetersizler yada iş bilmiyorlar.Otelde wi-fi var deniyor ama yok. Odada bir sürü eksik var. Duş fıskıyesi çalışmıyor, Banyonun lambası yanmıyor. Koltuğun bir tarafı kırık Kılima kafanıza su damlattığı için açamıyorsunuz, Balkon kapısı kitlenmiyor. Genel olarak otel temiz değildi.

отзывчивый и прекрасный персонал. могут помочь организовать экскурсию. сами прекрасно готовят и не когда не откажут в практическом знакомстве с национальной кухней. хороший, добротный бюджетный отдых. лучшее стоит дороже. остались довольны. удаленность от центра города. нет своего двора, для вечернего отдыха.

встреча поздно вечером в аэропорту владельцами отеля; неформальная вводная про грузию и батуми, развенчивающая геббельсовско-путинскую пропаганду; завоз по пути в гостиницу в обмен валюты, супермаркет и пивную батумского пивзавода; домашние завтраки оборудовать комнаты если не шкафами, то хотя бы побольше вешалок в комнатах, ванных

Доброжелательный персонал. До набережной идти по широкой аллее мин. 10. Старое бельё, неудобные подушки, теплые одеяла замусоленные. Само расположение отеля среди каких-то магазинов автозапчастей и в той части города, которая осталась от советских времен и портит впечатление городе, потому что старая часть города и набережная отреставрированы и очень красивые.

Irina, the owner, was really kind to meet us at the airport. She prepared some little breakfast for us while it was not planned (no extra money paid). Very reasonable price, close to the airport, not far from the beach (one can also take a bus to a beach outside Batumi - Sarpi, highly recommended). It's a bit far from the centre, however there are regular buses which one can take (about 5 stops). It's clear that this hotel is not new, a locker to the bathroom was not working, carpet in the room was really old.
