The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Put themselves out to show one of our party the nearest pharmacy and help make sure correct product provided. In addition, they got us cheap taxis, and gave advice on local attractions. The apartments were well equipped, and for those with time and inclination to use them had jacuzzi baths in each apartment. The apartments were well located a couple of minutes walk from shops, cafes, beach and casinos.

Great location, easy to find especially if you're taking a Mashrutka. Views are nominal, and it's right around the corner from the Boulangerie and a paybox. The kitchenette could be nice if you wanted to eat in.

there was broken glass on the floor, no bottle opener despite selling beer, the entrance is 24hr but you have to buzz or call - write down the phone number before leaving for a late night. i won't be returning because it was too much for what you get.

Excellent in every aspect. I could not fault this hotel in any way and would highly recommend to all travellers. Staff were courteous, efficient and spoke English very well. Great location for all facilities and very close to the beach. I look forward to staying here again.

location, service, friendly athmosphere. everything was perfect

Perfect view from the room, very hospitable staff, 2-minute distance from the sea. The apartment has a kitchen where you can cook. Receptionists speak Russian and English and help you to find everything in Batumi and even more! You can rent a bike for a day paying quite reasonable money. We love this hotel!

Very close to the centre, just next to the theatre and 2 minutes walk from Medea statue. Clean and friendly staff.

The hotel is very well located - in the city center and close to the beach.The room is big and clean, our was on the 5th floor with a nice view. We liked the terrace with sun-beds and set of 2 chairs and a table. Hotel staff made our stay very pleasant by their kind and polite attention, help and support. We highly appreciated that when we arrived early in the morning and left late in the evening, they gave us a possibility not only to leave our luggage, but also to rest a bit at their room and take a shower. Thank you very much to all of you, guys! There is no breakfast, but having bunch of different cafes and shops around it is not a problem. We would definitely recommend that hotel to anyone!

Our advice would be to clean a bit the territory around the hotel. In addition, both of our blanket covers were torn a bit, so blankets fell out, but it is just a side comment, nothing crucial.

The location was really nice; the hostel was easy to find and not far from the sea side.

The expected amazing view form the terrace in fact meant the look over the local poor residential area. The stuff was annoying: all the time offering different private excursions and tours; unable to speak English or simply help around. Also the poor quality of a bathroom should be noted.

There was some problems with Wi-Fi connection, but staff guys responded quickly and did everything to fix it.

it was very clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was designed as honeymoon, i think. everything was thought, even "ahmad tea", that i like so much and can't find in my country =) Everyting was very good and so lovely.

Great value hotel, excellent location, very friendly staff. The room quality was surprisingly good, with nice furnishings and a spacious balcony with a view of the Black Sea and some of the flashy seaside casinos. For the price paid, I thought Mgzavrebi was an excellent hotel.

Mgzavrebi is hard for a non-Georgian speaker to pronounce. Haha.

Team work is very helpful , cheerful and cooperative, the room was very comfortable and warm well furnished i recommend this hotel to all Batumi visitors
