Some strange sounds from sanitation No facilities..

Everything was great. Breakfast, location, rooms, lobby, staff, other facilities. When in Tbilisi this is my 1st choice hotel!

It's a friendly hotel not for away from the center - but not close to it either. The building is interesting and the view from the balcony was nice. They speak quite good English at the reception - which is rare in Tbilisi.

The room is quite small but for sleeping is fair enough. There is an elevator but you need to use the stairs anyway - for us it was no problem but for older tourists this can be annoying. The breakfast choice is poor and they served the same few things every day. Although they ordered a taxi for us and it was an official one, you still have to be careful with the drivers and always ask to turn the taximeter on.

The hotel is well located, close to the metro station Marjanishvili (one more station and you are at the city center - Rustaveli station). On the hotel's street there are two supermarkets and many small shops, and right outside the metro there are bakeries (as Entree) and other places to eat. The hotel's building is interesting and charming, in our opinion. We had a standard room and asked for a nice view from the balcony - and we got it! The (standard double) room is not big, but it is fine as we did not come to Georgia to stay in a hotel room. It was clean and in order. The breakfast was simple, but very good. Also as we had an early flight, we asked if it was possible to get something to eat as a yogurt, muffin, etc... to our surprise they prepared a table for us (at 4am!) with juice, tea, cakes, bread, yogurt, etc! It was very nice from their side. They arranged a taxi driver for us - the driver and the car were descent, as well as the price 30 Laris. We recommend this hotel!

As others already mentioned, the hotel has an elevator on the second floor, therefore you need to take your bags through the stairs one floor up. I did not consider this a problem, the building is not new (but renovated, of course!) and probably due to the structure it was not possible to have the elevator from the first floor... The side street where our room was located can be a bit noisy at night (but not late night) as some people were enjoying time outside, talking, children playing traditional songs, etc... Nothing else that we can remember. We were satisfied with the hotel. The price is a bit high if compared to other countries, but it follows the market on Tbilisi... Overall satisfied!

The cleanliness of my room the location, it was 2 min walk to marjanishvili square the means its near to shopping, bars, groceries and public transportation.

The stuff don't know English very well so you always have a lot of problems to have successful conversation with them . and you have to forget the smile of people in there but it doesn't mean they are not kind.

The stuff don't speak English well and its hard to explain what are you looking for. At all the people of Georgia aren't smiley and its a big problem to have a conversation with them and its happened with the stuff but it doesn't mean that they are not kind. But the reception women was very helpful.

Staff was good. Nice design. Nice views and balconies. Nice penthouse. Good price/service relation.

Strange noise was coming all night long from the fireplace (maybe there is laundry somewhere on the top floor?). Breakfast was not so good. View from penthouse terrace is defaced by a metal cubic construction, that doesn't appear on booking.com photos.

Friendly easy-going personnel: arriving early (4 hours), leaving luggage, catching late night drink, … all was possible. Rooms are good, but not that special, and it's mainly the city you're visiting. And it's located in a residential area, so no sleeping problems.

Small hotel in the historical center of Tbilisi. Comfortable quiet place with non-standard inner decoration.

That was so terrible, the rooms and hotel were unclean. Employees were rough and insensible, irrelevant. We never can not advise this hotel. Breakfast was poor. There are many stairs in otel and elevator is only for a few rooms not all floors. The relation between the quality and the price is very poor. Internet was a big problem. We stayed in hotel for 6 nights and we could reach internet just for two nights. Staff is so rough and can not speak English fluently so this is big problem.

location is very good. It reflects the image of the city.

Prestige hotel is a great hotel in Tbilisi. Located very near to the center. You can have a walk by foot to the main streets and sightseeing of the city. The staff is extremely polite, generous, kind and helpful. Fluently speaks English, Russian and Georgian. The rooms are big, with A/C and balcony. Very clean and well decorated. Great view to the mountains of Tbilisi. Parking in closed territory is available. We stayed at the hotel twice and had both times great experience! I will stay there again for sure!

Everything was really great except that there was no internet one day and I would like a kettle for tea/coffee. I will return there.

It is an interesting place

Too many stairs and an inadequate lift. With a good lift to all floors I would recommend it to others. Or perhaps if suitable rooms were available on the ground or first floor.

Clean hotel with very open and willing staff.

The hotel is in easy reach of the city centre with transport links. The triple room is very roomy and included sofas so it was very good value for money.

The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful. They overcharged on items taken from the fridge, which had not been topped up after previous guests.

Design of the building was very interesting and traditional. If you have limited budget ı can recommend this hotel .

Walls between rooms are not soundproof and a little bit far to city center. Taxi around 10 lari and takes 15 minutes.Beds are not so confortable.

It was in a convenient location and good for casual walking in the old section of town. The rooms were newly remodeled and all things looked fresh and clean. I was surprised at the large morning buffet. The breakfast always included the same foods but there were many items so still there was variety. This tasty buffet included hot items as well as cold.

It is not a hotel for handicapped people. There are many stairs everywhere, but there is an elevator for some of the rooms.

It was quite nice and comfortable hotel, almost in the city centre, with beautiful view outside the window! The staff was polite and friendly, there was some misunderstandings, but they solve it as good as they could. I would recomend this hotel for everyone who like quite surrounding.

We didn't like the noisy bed, which was like from the old thimes, with metal frame, also the breakfast, it was good, but they could change the menu,because on the 4th day of our stay we couldn't eat this breakfast because were sick of it.

Excellent service and perfect attitude of team. Very clean and nice rooms and delicious breakfast. liked it very much.

In general a bit far (for walking) from Rustavelli street,however after renovation of Marjanishvili square and new brand shops street it's quite funny to walk there at evening time.
