Location 1. At arrival they answered they dont have any booking confirmation?! 2. Close to noisy street rooms should be sound proof 3. Room was in bad conditions: it needs to be renovation 4. Poor breakfast

Great breakfast, good location , comfy bed. Hotel had no record of my booking when I arrived and were full with standard and deluxe rooms , on presentation of my voucher they gave me a suite which I thought was very good of them , they blamed the website. Hotel needs a refurbishment, it was fine for one night drab decor, poor to non existent English for staff other than front desk.

Великолепное расположение отеля! Реальность не соответствовала заказу. 1.)Забронировали номер с одной двухспальной кроватью, дали с двумя раздельными кроватями. 2) В броне указали что нужна детская кроватка, и написали доп.письмо, по приезду кровати не было, пришлось договариваться. 3)на завтрак для детей нет каши, очень не удобно.

Было достаточно грязно. Номер не соответствовал заказанному. Не работал фен, на просьбу заменить не отреагировали. Убирались всего 1 раз за 4 дня!

Проживали в отеле в период с 1.05-04.05 Расположение замечательное. В пешей доступности-местный вернисаж,стевлянный мост,туристическая зона район Авлабар(старый город)ул. Леселидзе. В целом понравилось.Номер не маленький.размещешие было двое взрослых и ребенок 7 лет на дополнительной кровати стандартного полуторного размера. Завтраки вполне достойные.(картофель.сосиски.яица,творог,ииогутр,соки, и т .д.) Не расторопое,обслуживание в ресторане,а именно:то салфеток нет.то ложек.

Гостиница по цене не дорогая и находится в самом центре Тбилиси. Номера чистые, завтрак хорошый, персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Всем советую.

الفندق مبالغ في السعر المعامله غير مقبله لانه طلبت تنظيف وكان حال المنظف غير مبسوط وتلفظ بالفاظ ماعرفها لني لا اعرف اللغه الجورجيه الفرش غير نظيف ازعاج مكينة كهرب خلف الفندق يعني اللي بالخلف مايقدر ينام التلفزيون قديم جدا وصغير والله متصدق اني صرة اتفرج من الايباد احسن من تلفزيونهم خمسه بوص علي اعتقد

прекрасный завтрак и месторасоложение. по нашему прибытию не оказалась второго номера на двоих и нам предоставили люкс! интернет быстрый и беспроблемный! количество полотенец и их качество.

Centrally located OK for a 2-star hotel The restaurant had chipped dishes and stained seat cushions. Breakfast was not served on time -- at 8 a.m. There was no evaluation form for visitors to make recommendations.
