One of best places i've ever been to. Location makes it all. Very nice and helpful staff in the hotel and restaraunt (especial thanks to Antonio for helping me with the bike). Will be back.
Everything is perfect
The hotel and apartment was excellent and in a great location, the staff were most helpful.
The only thing was the price but you do get what you pay for.
The staff were generally helpful but often did not have a good knowledge of English. The hotel was well located with direct access to the beach
The kitchen in the apartment lacked basic equipment such as a tin opener and toaster. The shower was small and lacked a door or curtain so it was difficult not to flood the bathroom. When we first moved in some things were not working for example the TV remote controls and safe. The balcony was dirty and seemed to be the territory of the monkeys. The car parking at the hotel was limited and was often full, the nearest other parking was about 200 meters away from the hotel.
Property somewhat tired & dated - in need of investment / refurbishment. Smoking in public terrace seating area.
the apartments were pleasant but rather expensive for what was provided. although self catering not much in the way of utensils to self cater - not even a teacloth to wipe crockery. Good views.
the apartment was cold - had to wear a fleece to sleep. hairdryer did not work but replacement was provided. difficulties parking. initial booking in was a problem although eventually resolved after another member of staff intervened. could not get the televisions to function initially - just an accumulation of glitches which were not appropriate for such an expensive room
Location on the Mediterranean Sea - very quiet and peaceful.
Cleanliness left a bit to be desired - but the view made up for it.
location is really good and the staff Luna is really nice. my guests really enjoy with the sea view of their rooms.
Having a separate sitting area
It felt like being in a prefab. Very noisy. The lorries started about 0530 and continued until we left, around 0630 doors were banging and hinges squeaking from people up and about. You couldn't have fresh air as it is advised not to leave the windows open due to the apes.
The staff were helpful and professional. The views were fantastic, and the apartment was spacious and quite well-appointed.
In the sitting area the couches were tired and uncomfortable, and there were no reading lights in the second bed room.
Views, private balcony, comfortable accomodation, good free wi-fi.
Hotel food poor. Lack of amentities\entertainment. Not a proper pool etc.
peaceful, beautiful location. flawless interior
We ordered a familysuite for uur familiy and it was spacious, elegant and clean with a fantastic view.
We had two children and they made up an extra bed for one of my children. The extra bed was the only bed that didn't have a duvet so my son was freezin all night. Also there was a coffee-maker, but only decaff coffee available. That doesn't work in the morning.
Apartment was fantastic Daily cleaning Amazing Sea Views Beach Friendly Bar Bus Service
Would be great if Caleta were to provide beach umbrellas/towels/sunbeds for residence to borrow or hire
Great views of the Sea and the Rock from my balconies. The room was large. Had a living room, kitchen, and a bed room. There was easy beach access on a quite side of the island. A bus picks up in front of the hotel for a n easy trip into town.
The WIFI is very weak but with such great views not a huge draw back
