I liked the free breakfast bar however maybe some fresh fruit a little more often along with bacon and eggs. Otherwise, very nice! I could not log onto the internet as I got a message saying it did not recognize my http. If it worked maybe free internet service for business guests. Another thought is some electrical adapters would be nice so U.S. visitors can plug their 120v, 60Hz electrical equipment in. |

Fantastic views, good food, nice atmosphere, not bad value for money in rooms without bathroom! Free pool table (which we didn't use). Room not cleaned every day, sometimes no staff around to ask for advice. Thin walls in cheaper rooms. |

location, size of room and delicious food staff not friendly at all, staff did not make up room at all for entire 3 day stay(not only us but other guests as well), way overpriced, not good value, tour arrangements very disorganized (never knew what tours would go or when) - beautiful location high up on hill. People that have difficulty walking would have difficulty accessing town from hotel and back without a vehicle (taxis are available but expensive) - hotel offers no shuttling except to and from heliport. |

Hotel staff was extremely friendly though most could not speak English. Room was excellent and way beyond our expectations for a small town like Tasiilaq. |

Wunderbare Umgebung, atemberaubende Fjorde in karger Bergwelt der Standard ist für den Preis sehr mittelmäßig, auch die Mahlzeiten sind mit jeweils 25 Euro recht teuer, aber wir sind immerhin ja auch auf Grönland |

Guter Service bzgl. der notwendigen Transfers. Die angebotenen Schiffstouren waren in der Durchführung auch o.k. Im Vergleich zu Deutschland stimmt das P - L- Verhältnis nicht. Da aber selbst in den Kaufhallen alles doppelt so teuer war, muss man den Kurztrip nach Ostgrönland als exotisch und somit als teuer verstehen. Es gibt in Ostgrönland kaum Alternativen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr teuer. Die Lage des Hotels ist am Ende des Ortes am Berg und für ältere Personen, die nicht mehr gut laufen können, für eigene Unternehmungen nicht geeignet. |

Udsigten fra hotellet var fin, og værelset var godt. Server noget mere grønlandsk inspireret mad. Biltransport mellem hotellet og byen nogle gange om dagen vil være godt for ældre mennesker. Og så skulle stuepigen lære at komme hver dag. |

ホテルからの眺めが素晴らしい！その分、町から歩くと急坂を登るので大変です。ビュッフェの食事内容もよか- ったです。ホテルから氷山ツアーに参加しました。 |

Nur Grönland Desinteressiertes Personal, nur einer der zahlreichen im Internet angebotenen Ausflüge wurde dann wirklich angeboten und durchgeführt, ab 21.00 Uhr Bar geschlossen, nur noch Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne. Überteuertes Abendessen schlechterer Qualität. Ich habe bereits berücksichtigt, dass ich nicht in Deutschland sondern in einem Hotel in Grönland war. Trotzdem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht. |
