Most of the staffs except receptionists were kind.

I stayed the room facing the parking. It looked like the room was unused for a while because a lot of water stain and grouts were floating in the toilet. I asked him to change my room because there were a lot of vacant ocean view rooms. But he refused to my request. Other guests came here after me, their rooms were ocean view. I got angry and I treated with them several times. I really felt sad without a sufficient explanation about it. The guests who came here from other countries also said this kind of behavior was strange. I never want to think that I was discriminated against because of my race, but... He was always rude to me.

Fantastic views from the restaurant and rooms at the front, overlooking the mountains and iceberg-packed fjord. Good breakfast buffet and tasty-enough food in the evenings with a bit of choice, although only two courses, so no desert if you get salad or soup to start, which everyone was a bit disappointed by!

Not great value for money, but perfectly adequate (not much other choice there!). Staff seem a bit bored, and not always around, as they have to run people to the airport & work in the shop at the airport. Room didn't get cleaned during our two-night stay (perhaps no-one works on Sundays), but was clean anyway. Basically okay, but a bit pricey.

Location is excellent, rooms were clean, warm and cosy. Food was good sometimes and then poor other times, not very consistant.

Staff could have been a little more friendly, especially the Danish staff. The variety of food at some of the meals was fantastic and then at other meals there was no choice at all.
