Wonderfully friendly staff! Everyone was very helpful, and I really appreciated it. Great food. The included breakfast is a really nice spread, with lots of different kinds of food, including fresh homemade bread rolls. And beer on tap with happy hour in the late afternoon is really nice after a hike.

Location of the hotel is 10-15 mins working distance from the Center of Ilulissat, All guest rooms are facing the Disko Bay, so you are see iceberg before you asleep and wake up in the morning. Room are clean and well sound isolated. The restaurant served delicious Greenlandic food, just ask for the dish of the day. Nevertheless, all hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

    No free Internet.

Considering the remote location of Greenland, this hotel did a fantastic job keeping up with the rest of the world. Polite staff, great food, good service, attentiveness, cleanliness, comfy check-in area, great view.

Hotel is really good located. It is clean.

breakfast buffet is really poor. Internet extremely expensive. Some people of the staff are not well trained (no idea of hospitality)!

Perfect view from window to icebergs Well working heating Good breakfasts

Expensive internet with poor wifi signal, some days not working at all. Extra charge for payments with credit cards (but this is a common custom in Greenland). Room service working only in morning - no service if you wake up before noon.

Loved the deck. Would suggest they get a few infrared overhead outdoor heaters, but no complaints it is well kept up. The bartender was great

Unlike other hotels they made no provision to pick me up or drop me off for transit. Not a huge deal but it added to my cost, where other hotels looked after this detail for their guests.

    Good deck overlooking icebergs.

The bath of our standard room had and unpleasant smell of humidity. Besides, the reception of this hotel tried to cancel the booking I made through this page. One day I received a phone call from booking.com telling me that the hotel had informed them of that cancellation. I told them that I did not want to cancel that booking and they luckily talked to the hotel and fixed that. However, I had also booked another night at this hotel directly through e-mail (there was no availability at booking.com) and when I arrived there, that booking had been cancelled and nobody informed me. We had to sleep at an appartment that they have in town because the standard room that I had booked had already been given to another person. Be careful if you book only one night in this hotel. They will probably try to cancel your booking without informing you at all.

There was no curtain in our room, just the blinds, which did not completely sealed off the light. When we asked for curtains as we have observed the other rooms had one, we received 2 tableclothes with thumbtacks.
