The breakfast was disorganized, the food trays replenished sporadically , not enough coffee. The bus staff were rude and did not appear to work for the same establishment .
excellent pool and very warm professional front desk staff. I particularly liked the lunch experience, but not the breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location.
When we phoned reception we were told The water would be on at 11pm that night. The water finally came on at 12:25 am ......15 min before check out
The beach and pool were great. We had to check in early and staff was wonderful
No wifi for apple owner
Bed was old and not very comfortable, the door to my room was rotting from years of humidity and moisture and was almost falling apart. Wifi reception in the upper floor rooms was poor.
Staff was friendly and helpful and the location is quiet with its own beach.
very poor kitchen equipment private beach but if you have car then better to avoid
The room looks like a 1-star hotel. The toilet didn't flush well and smells. Water dripped from ceiling in the bathroom. No safe. No dish washing detergent in kitchen.
It has a nice quiet beach area with free chairs and umbrella. Very helpful and friendly staff. Air conditioning works well.
The lagoon in Gosier is not crystal clear like in Ste Anne. Lot of sand and seed, with no deepness. Spot a bit disappointing.
Great family room, spacious, with terrasse with kitchen facilities were awesome. We had a splendid view.
there is an unpleasent stink outside the reception, coming from a small river poor breakfast -buffet
View to sea and really big terrace nice swimming-pool
Seawater is grey and not clean. Breakfast buffet is low quality and full of birds, even on the buffet. Staff is unqualified and outnumbered.
no water 3 days and 5-6 cm cockroachs (insects) in the room
Wifi was sketchy! TV just went off for 2 days which didn't really matter much as it was in French anyway. What baffled us most was that our towels never got exchanged. When, after the second day, we requested new towels, because they had taken the old ones, housekeeping had run out. My husband and I had to both dry off with a small hand towel! Oh well.
Staff was really nice and tried everything to assist us! They made many phone calls for us for a lot of different purposes.
Breakfast buffet No many birds
Reception manager fabulous lively welcome
Seaweed in beach Dozens of blackbirds in beachfront restaurant Limited wifi
Location Full breakfast included Professional and friendly staff
Every thing was good except for swimming gears for persons who can't swim, especially for the kids
The very friendly nature of the hotel staff. The beach view was excellent. The restaurant was super.
cockroaches in room cockroaches on stairs cockroaches on buffet tables birds in restaurant on tables room furnishings very old Noisy in afternoon/early evenings
Price reception staff helpful
The hotel complex is dated and well worn. But I guess that matters less the more time is spend outdoors. Local transportation a problem out of season but some nice small restaurants nearby, apart from the one on the beach of the hotel itself. Having a 'rain shower' is no fun when the knobs ard missing and it cannot be used...
Welcoming, and nice and quiet out of season. In season it would probably be VERY noisy ;)
The hotel shows its age and wear
Location beach wise is ok, restaurants near by, but car almost necessary
The breakfast each morning was composed of the same food, no variation at all. One night, there was a private party on the beach and in the restaurant, the noise was awful and the music extremely loud until after 2 a.m. We could not sleep and were upset. The shower did not work correctly and the room needed some repairs.
The view from the room was lovely. The swimming pool area was renewed and very nice. The small beach was quite ok.
