la situation de l'hôtel sur les hauteurs de St-Anne, qui donne une vue magnifique où que l'on soit. j'aurais aimé avoir internet dans les chambres enfin le wifi. Il y a quelques détails dans la chambre (comme traces de peinture dans la salle de bain, quelques boulons par-ci par-là manquant) qui ne m'ont pas dérangé mais qui m'ont étonné pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Une situation à couper le souffle . De beaux espaces de vie. Très belle végétation . Malgré la beauté de cet endroit le service est moyen l'hôtel vieilli la propreté des chambres n'est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé par l'établissement c'est dommage !!!

La Toubana ligger med vacker havsutsikt på ena sidan men det känns som att hamna mitt I engenting på landet.Har du friska starka ben tar du promenaden upp och ned till deras strand som är väldigt fin o ren. Sen är det slut på det positiva. Bokar och betalar ett högt pris för en bungalow med havsutsikt men får något som är bakom receptionen. Terassen är ostädad, ovälkomnande o det luktar gammalt I stugan. Får ett annat som ligger en lång promenad bort och havsutsikten? Sträck på dig så har du det! Under hela den övningen så kånkar vi o drar vi våra väskor o killen som arbetar den kvällen tycker inte om att ta emot gästerna. Nästa dag, efter olika besked och halva semesterdagen förstörd får vi en annan bungalow som motsvarar förväntningarna. Dessutom hinner vi upptäcka att personalen har elbilar för att hjälpa kunderna med bagage o transport. Jo, jag tackar, var min man och jag inte tillräckligt franska, ( jag är född fransk!). När man har ätit lunch och middag på deras restaurang en gång vill man inte vara där mer. Föfärlig trist meny o priser som inte motsvarar det man får! En karibisk/kreolsk afton utlovades! Yes, tänkte jag nu blir det gott? Vilket skämt! Skall tilläggas, jag har bott och arbetat som reseledare på Guadeloupe och har upplevt olika karibiska tillställningar,( m a o så har jag en viss erfarenhet av hur det kan vara). Kvällen de bjöd på, var en trist jazz afton med en mycket arrogant brud som prickade av gästerna samt visade öppet sin nonchalans gentemot sina arbetskamrater. Jag åker gärna åter till Guadeloupe men aldrig mer till det hotelet, det finns tack och lov andra vänligare och bättre hotel som vill ta emot gäster, inte bara deras pengar!

la disponibilité d'un bungalow pour se changer et prendre une douche avant l'avion(puisqu'il fallait libérer la chambre à 11h) vu le prix , petit déjeuner assez minable. qualité de la table bien inférieure à ce que l'on attendrait disponibilité de la chambre de 15h à 11h,seulement.
