There was no free internet access. Also the connection was very slow.

Excellent location. good views. clean.

This hotel was the closest to a conference we went to in Thessaloniki so while we chose it by default, we were very pleased with the service and the value for our money. The breakfast was very good, not just your standard hotel breakfast, even serving cappucinos if requested. While there are other hotels closer to the water and city center we didn't find it any trouble to get to the water or nearby restaurants, you just have to walk a bit. After all the yummy Greek food we ate, we didn't mind a bit if walking!

It's the closest hotel to where the congress took place (Helexpo). Good location if someone knows how to move in the city by bus. Daily offer for lunch in the hotel at a reasonable price. Not really friendly but very professional receptionists.

Not ideal for who wants to go around in the centre of Thessaloniki. Smell of smoking in a non-smokers room. The single room was really a ...single room (very tight)!! Breakfast not according to what you pay.

Location was good and the rooms were decent.

I wanted to depart at 14:instead of 12:00 and they charged me half of the amount of money I gave for the room extra..also not good sound proof.

The breakfast is pretty good. The room is clean.

There's no hot water to drink in the room.

No personal touch; uncompetent personell; poor english; a very simple request, how to get to a doctor was unable to be answered by the personell even if a wonderful Medical center is at a walking distance of 15 minutes from the hotel!!!

Η καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό, το πλούσιο και προσεγμένο πρωινό, η τοποθεσία του, η καθαριότητά του στο δωμάτιο.

Η άσχημη εικόνα από τα παρατημένα ποτήρια και δίσκους στους διαδρόμους, το ότι στο δωμάτιο το ένα κρεβάτι ήταν ράντζο, οι μικροί(ασφυκτικοί) ανελκυστήρες .

Καλό πρωινό

1. Το κρεβάτι έτριζε (δωμάτιο 601) 2. Το wi-fi/internet ήταν επί πληρωμή. Θα έπρεπε να προσφέρεται δωρεάν όπως σε πολλά άλλα ξενοδοχεία της Θεα/νίκης της ίδιας κατηγορίας (ποιότητας/τιμής)

βολική τοποθεσία αλλά υπερτιμημένο.

δωμάτιο υπερβολικά μικρό, εξοπλισμός παλιός που περιορίζεται στα απολύτως απαραίτητα. ούτε καν πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά. κρεβάτι σχετικά μικρό με άβολο στρώμα. για τα κλινοσκεπάσματα θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να χρησιμοποιούν σεντόνι κάτω από την κουβέρτα και όχι παπλωματοθήκη. τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες πολυκαιρισμένα. απαράδεκτα ακριβό internet και parking. κακή ηχομόνωση. για μένα το κυριότερο πρόβλημα ήταν ότι δεν κοιμήθηκα καθόλου, λόγω της φασαρίας που έκαναν όλη την νύχτα γκρουπ παιδιών από σχολική εκδρομή. κατά τις 4 το πρωί απευθύνθηκα στη ρεσεψιόν ζητώντας βοήθεια, δεν υπήρξε ανταπόκριση, ούτε για συστάσεις στα παιδιά, ούτε για να μου προσφέρουν κάποιο πιο ήσυχο δωμάτιο. όταν στις 6 αναχώρησα κακονυχτισμένος για το αεροδρόμιο, έκανα παράπονο στον υπάλληλο πως γίνεται σε ένα ξενοδοχείο 8 ορόφων να κοιμίζουν ένα εργαζόμενο ταξιδιώτη σε όροφο μόνο με μαθητικά γκρουπ. εισέπραξα μια ξερή συγνώμη. αναχώρησα έχοντας πληρώσει αυτό που είχα προσυμφωνήσει αλλά πιο κουρασμένος από όταν πήγα στο ξενοδοχείο.
