All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

staff/owner went out of their way to be helpfull, When one of our tours were cancelled they drove downtown to notify us. Very caring, room very comfortable, large by European standards. Hotel new and well looked after. Great view. |

We had the golden echo suite. It is like in the photos. Everything was perfect, 2 jacuzzi with hot water 24h, great design and luxury of the suite - it is a white cave very special, great service, breakfast with everithing (I suggest to check every dishes on the breakfast module), fantastic view, no noises. Like a dream. A little expensive.... But it's worth the cost. |

The view was fantastic; I don't think there is a better spot on Santorini. The breakfasts were the best we ever had in any hotel. The staff at the pool/bar aera were helpful. We also enjoyed the quality sound system in the room. We found ants in the Felicity suite (on the bed and on the bathroom floor). Lots of them (I killed more than fifty) and the management didn't seem to care about our distress. |

You would be crazy not to stay here,the best spot on the caldera!The private view was breathtaking each morning as we dined on a champagne breakfast laid out before us.I can't go into detail on the breakfast as it would fill up the page with all the choices and there was no limit to what you ordered.We were in heaven.The management went the extra mile on check-in,showing us around and at any request (In particular a mistake we made with our ferry tickets).We were upgraded on arrival to the Lagoon room which I would highly recommend,it had a huge jacuzzi inside which was heated all day. We later stayed in the moonlit which was beautiful with the outside spa. Out of the 2, Lagoon was our favorite being more spacious. We'll be back next year! |

The service was phenomenal, the view was magnificent, and the value for money was unmatched. The staff were always attentive and helpful. Highly recommended as a relaxing / honeymoon destination. |

It was really nice hotel with amazing view. Room is nicely furnished and clean. View from the terrace is just amazing, no words totally! unfortunately service is not very good, Room service breakfast was a lot of wrong ordered and stuff is not so helpfull. At night some people passed our private terrace to get through. |

Além da localização do hotel que é absolutamente fantástica (no centro da ilha o que permite visitar quer as praias a sul, quer as vilazinhas muito típicas ao centro e a norte da ilha), tem a melhor vista da ilha mesmo em frente à caldeira, o serviço do hotel é extraordinário e as comodidades do hotel igualmente fabulosas. |
