staff were very helpful and nice many restaurents nearby
they have provided me with a different room, not the one i had seen the images while booking and charged me the same amount!
I liked the view, the friendliness of some of the staff, it was extremely clean.
Extremely noisy in the morning due to the cleaning staff, the cleaner would just come into the room without even knocking and would do it again and again until she found it vacant, did not manage to get any sleep while I was there. There was no kettle in the room for my morning tea and reception charged 1 euro for a small juice box which is ridiculous. The hotel was very overpriced regarding the fact that it was located in a not so safe area and the fact that there were no facilities such as gym, for guests to use.
Location is not bad but a bit not safe in the neigbour hood. Nice staff helped us book a taxi in early morning.
No wifi in room. Small shower room.
Good location. Breackfast is Ok for 5 eur. Staff is nice. Nice for a few days stay.
WiFi poor sometimes, but works in room. Small bathroom. Omonia area is bad and dirty, but same as the most of non-turist Athena.
Location is far from everything with a dangerous neighbourhood. Wifi didnt work. Staff was fighting with each other while we were trying to get informed about the area but they werent of any help. Very rude also. The breakfast is the worst you can imagine with the cheapest quality of food. The Air conditioning only gave us air and no cooling what so ever. We couldnt sleep all night from the heat. The room was dark with almost no lighting. The hotel is generally old with no sign of maintenance. DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY ATHENS. It is disgusting.
close to metro
wi-fi stopped working in the middle of the night bed was uncomfortable
Cleanliness Wi-Fi facilities Option of late check-out Helpful staff
good price according to the good location in Athens. window are well made, reconstructed, so outside noise could not be hear and I had a good sleep.
air-condition made a noise, even after you switch off it. some smells probably from the restaurant was felt.
One elevator Rooms are old and rusty No double beds, although required Wifi doesn't work in all the room while in the room, i could hear every neighboring room getting in and out all day and night Neighborhood is risky..
the hotel is located not far away from the metro, which is convenient and the room is very clean.
Internet is okay, works really well until everyone jumps on it.
air conditioner need to clean up periodly for sure. because after 2 days we both had sore throat and get sick.
The room had enough space, the breakfast was good.
It was hot in the room.
Good position, generally Achillion was ok.
We won't come back. When we arrived we had to wait for our room to be "cleaned": we found the bathroom still dirty though. Early in the morning we woke up because of someone drilling.
breakfast, staff, location, quite
overall decoration is not similar to what we see from their promotion pictures.
- Location was quite central. In the notorious Omonia neighbourhood but exercising common sense will keep you out of danger. - The hotel was extremely clean. - Rooms and washrooms were very modern and recently renovated.
- WiFi was horrendous. Worked about 5% of the time. - Could be a little cheaper for Omonia.
Only three minutes from the metro. Shopping centre and supermarket nearby. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well. Room is very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room has a fridge.
The shower was inconvenient because it had to be held in one hand all the time and the bath was slippery to stand in. No kettle. Neighborhood looked a bit dodgy especially in the next street.
We were just here for the night on our way back to the states and wanted to see the acropolis - which was about a 20 minute walk in the heat even at 7:30 p.m.
shower was a joke.
Nice staff, helpful. We arrived at 5am and only had a booking for next night, they let us rest in the bar couches until 8am and then let us go in the room, which we were only supposed to check in at 14pm.
The facilities weren't very good. If you're staying just for a night it's ok, as long as you don't plan to stay in the room for more than sleeping, but we were a bit disappointed. The photos don't show what it really looks like. The worse: the bathroom. The tiny shower had mold in the curtain, water all over the place.
The location was fantastic, a few meters away from Omonoia train station and a few stops from the centre. It is also value for money.
Nice staff, helpful. Good breakfast. Rooms were good with a balcony and reasonably clean. The location was convenient to all the major sights in the city center
Bathroom was tiny worn out and of questionable cleanliness. Time to renovate the bathrooms.
The wifi was not that great .. Not was the air conditioning
