The room had enough space, the breakfast was good.
It was hot in the room.
breakfast, staff, location, quite
overall decoration is not similar to what we see from their promotion pictures.
Only three minutes from the metro. Shopping centre and supermarket nearby. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well. Room is very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room has a fridge.
The shower was inconvenient because it had to be held in one hand all the time and the bath was slippery to stand in. No kettle. Neighborhood looked a bit dodgy especially in the next street.
We were just here for the night on our way back to the states and wanted to see the acropolis - which was about a 20 minute walk in the heat even at 7:30 p.m.
shower was a joke.
Nice staff, helpful. We arrived at 5am and only had a booking for next night, they let us rest in the bar couches until 8am and then let us go in the room, which we were only supposed to check in at 14pm.
The facilities weren't very good. If you're staying just for a night it's ok, as long as you don't plan to stay in the room for more than sleeping, but we were a bit disappointed. The photos don't show what it really looks like. The worse: the bathroom. The tiny shower had mold in the curtain, water all over the place.
The location was fantastic, a few meters away from Omonoia train station and a few stops from the centre. It is also value for money.
Nice staff, helpful. Good breakfast. Rooms were good with a balcony and reasonably clean. The location was convenient to all the major sights in the city center
Bathroom was tiny worn out and of questionable cleanliness. Time to renovate the bathrooms.
The wifi was not that great .. Not was the air conditioning
Location is near to metro, near to ancient places, near to shopping malls, staff was friendly, clean room, good braekfast. Location was very good.
Nice place right in the city centre.
Poor wifi connection.
Close to every thing, about a 5 min walk to the Metro.
We arrived after a long flight to the hotel at 4am. Upon arrival the staff directed us to our room which was very small and certainly not the room on the bookings website or hotel website. The bed was old, hard, and unfortunately there was bed bugs and dust mites between the sheets. We went to the reception to complain and request a re-fund as this was not worth our money and we didn't want to stay there. Maria (the owner) rejected our request for a refund but offered to show us another room, she showed us to another floor the room was larger, and slightly cleaner at least this room didn't smell of smoke or had any bed bugs. She mentioned to us after, that she only puts her best room on the internet. (CLEARLY!!) The wifi is very poor and hardly accessible in the bedrooms. I would not stay at this hotel if I was to visit Athens again.
Was so so nice clerk but different interior compare than pictures
The hotel recently had a renovation, changed the design of rooms and made the bathrooms more spacious. The big bed is very comfortable. The room corresponds to the photos. Located 3-5 min walking distance from Omonia, 15-20 walking distance from Syntagma. There's a supermarket at Athinas Street (7 min walking distance) and a big local market 100m further with fruits, vegetables, milk, cheese, meat and fish. The hotel is very easy to find. Air conditioning works very well. The room has a balcony with a nice view. TV has many channels, including English-speaking, German-speaking and two Russian-speaking channels (РТР-Планета and ТВЦ). There are two sockets: one near the bed and another one near the table, but the TV is plugged in the latter. So you can either watch TV or work with your laptop on the desk. The hotel changes soaps, shampoos and towels every day. You can buy bottled water and soft drinks in the lobby, which is very convenient. Staff is ready to help, provide several maps of the city. Breakfast is typical for Greece: tea, coffee, juices, musli, milk, eggs with bacon, watermelon, melon, peaches, honey, Greek yoghurt, different special mini-desserts, ham, cheese and cakes.
Wi-Fi works only in early mornings. In the evening, it works only in the corridor under the router but even then the connection might crash. If you're planning to buy something on Internet, then you have to be ready that the connection might crash at every moment. Completely not suitable for voice communication or watching streaming video. Half of light bulbs in every lamp of the room didn't work.
The hotel is near to the metro station and easy you can go anywhere in the town. The room was comfortable.
The bathroom wasn't very good with many mosquitos ,very dark, needs repairs the same as the rest of the hotel.
Great location 3mins to metro station. 10mins to city center by metro . Wifi is good
The floor is not very clean. There is no kettle .
toilets could do with a new face lift.
The old lady receptionist or maybe she is the owner, really helped us. She's very polite. I just love their hotel. Its safe & close to the tourist spots.
The location is great. A 5 min walk to Omonia Station to catch the Metro. Nice size room, and a nice view of west Athens as we were on the top floor. Loved that I got to choose and buy the beverages I wanted for my in room fridge and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Very quiet.
It wasn't the best hotel I have stayed in, nor the worst. The room looked different than in the picture on booking.com. Older tv, a few light bulbs were burnt out, bed a little harder than I like (but with a herniated disc, everything feels bad). It says air conditioned, but our air conditioner didn't get cold, just blew out air. We opened our balcony door at night to get the cool breeze from outside.
Room was small for family.
24 hrs support at reception
Bathroom curtain was broken & shower was not working properly.
Terrible breakfast wifi
The hotel was adequate and the staff helpful. Breakfast was good, too.
Center Athens is ugly.
Location was fantastic
wifi was not good in rooms
