The arrival at the check in time, comfortability in the room, in the bathroom and the fact the hotel was in a very central area of the city. The balcony-window was stuck, then i couldn't go outside of my room. |

Location, as it is quite central and convenient for me although Omonia Square is not the best of places during nights, in particular for women. The particular price that I have booked the room for, was very good value for money The hotel room was clean and tidy but it needs renovation. In particular the wardrobes need to be fully replaced and some of the linen had small but identifiable cigarette burns. The room safe was with a key - who can carry a key with them all the time? |

Omonoia might be a bit shady but lots of police around round-the-clock and a very convenient and central location. At 69 Eur/night for a single person, I think it's pretty good value for money. Interior design tired, needs a bit of refurbishment. |

The closeness to the metro, the metro was brilliant to use, very clean. The price was very reasonable. After booking the hotel, I read the reviews about the area being dangerous a night. I was a tad worried but I have lived in London, so I wasn't too worried. We arrived at 2.30 in the morning and the reviewer was right, there were lots of druggy people hanging around the square. We we were given a room with a balcony but unfortunately the handle was broken, so we couldn't lock the door. |

Near metro station, Comfortable room, Although it is in the center of Athens the room was quiet. I had booked a Double room but the room had two different beds. |

The stuff at the reception were very helpfull. The cleanliness of the room was very poor, A lot of cigaretes are on the floor of the balcony, just not right. The beds are very tough, and real enovation in the bathroom should be taken. |

Location, big clean rooms, free wireless, great value for money. Make sure you check the minibar when you first get into the room. We were charged products we didn't consume. Parking is about 5 min. walk from the hotel and it costs 12 EUR/day. |

It is right on top of omonia metro train station. This was the most important thing for me, a good hotel at a good price with easy access to a train station. |

Everyone was very nice. It was good that they spoke English. Things were very convienent . The hotel staff was very informative about taking tours and recommending good resturants. I was most inpressed. It was great that you had breakfast in the hotel. I don't eat much, but I do like my coffee and some small bun or toast. I was satisfied with it all. I assume that the hotel is going through a phase of upgrading and redoing the rooms. My room was fine, but the bath was a mess. It looked like things were taken off the walls and moved and they were patching holes. It did not effect me in so far as use, it just didn't look very good. the towels were a bit worn. They were very thin. |

Unfortunately not anything near a five star hotel - though other hotels in the same chain are usually very good. Parking was quoted as 9 Euros per day but charged 13.5 per day. |
