This is a real little gem of a hotel within a few minutes' walk of the Acropolis and the old Plaka area of Athens. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the bar cosy, the room was clean and well maintained. And the bed ... well I've stayed in hotels around the world for over 30 years and I can honestly say the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The Acropolis Museum Hotel is the perfect location for a city break. If you are reasonably fit you will never need to take a taxi, bus or metro to visit all the places of interest in central Athens - they are all within walking distance. It's such a great little hotel I was tempted to keep quiet about it! We will definitely return. |

Location on the Hotel was very close in the site's we wanted to visit. The room's we were given at the hotel were not what I saw on the internet by a long shot. We were traveling as 5 adults, are reservation was for a triple suite, and a double !!!! we were given a family room with two twin bed and a loft, with two short twin bed's in the loft. When ask what happened to the suite? Sue told us there not like the internet pictures. We were going to leave and find a different Hotel but,we were told we would have to pay a large fee if we canceled. We did stay at the Hotel for four nights only becouse it was near the sights we all wanted to see. We traveled Greece for over 2 weeks. This was our worst Hotel on the hole Trip. |

Good bi/lingual staff. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Free internet use. Good sound proofing against very busy road. Very handy for metro and Plaka area. Bathroom was minute. I feel sure I read that there were some rooms with baths and requested one but was told there were none in the hotel. And it is not a boutique hotel. It's nice and friendly but not stylish enough to call itself 'boutique'. Misleading. Unfortunate location between two sex shops. |

The hotel's location is perfect for reaching everything on foot - Plaka, museums, Acropolis, National Gardens, Lycabetus, Parliament house, Kolonaki...Friendly, welcoming staff, the bathrobe, well-considered amenities, plazma TV, free access to internet... Sorry to say, but breakfast could be more interesting, more typical for Greece.. |

I liked the fact it was close to Plaka Square, the Acropolis walking distance. Suzy at reception was fantastic someone who could speak Greek and English was major plus she organized and advised us on trips, I can't speak highly enough of her. The only thing was the breakfast, it was lacking in variety and quality. |

A lovely small hotel. The staff are very kind and friendly. The design and decorations of the hotel are of European style, just like what I've seen in the movies. Close to Acropolis, its museum and Metro station. |

Excellent location, very close to the New Acropolis Museum which is why we chose it, and within walking distance from 2 Metro Stations. We were given a free welcome drink on arrival. We loved our beautifully decorated high-ceilinged room which was right above the front door, with the flag-poled balcony overlooking the manic traffic. No lift: we were on 1st floor, but our bags were heavy to drag up 2 flights of stairs. Bags can be left for convenience after checking out, but have to be carried down 3 steep stairs into the storage area. |

My family and I enjoyed the clean and nicely decorated rooms, the friendly and helpful staff (i.e. reception and bar), the good breakfast and the central location of the hotel. The free upgrade from a triple sharing to a family room was also very much appreciated by our party. The only thing we did not like about the hotel is having to personally carry the luggage up a flight of stairs to the room. |

Excellent staff, especially Donna, cleanliness of the rooms and great location for the city sights just a 10 min walk to Acropolis and new museum Location was on a busy road but with the windows closed much improved. You will be so tired from walking around the city sleep won't be a problem |

The situation is in a quiet zone, near Acropolis museum and Plaka quartier. The hotel is clean, comfortable and his staff is nice. The breakfast could be improved. |
