Good bi/lingual staff. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Free internet use. Good sound proofing against very busy road. Very handy for metro and Plaka area. Bathroom was minute. I feel sure I read that there were some rooms with baths and requested one but was told there were none in the hotel. And it is not a boutique hotel. It's nice and friendly but not stylish enough to call itself 'boutique'. Misleading. Unfortunate location between two sex shops. |

The hotel's location is perfect for reaching everything on foot - Plaka, museums, Acropolis, National Gardens, Lycabetus, Parliament house, Kolonaki...Friendly, welcoming staff, the bathrobe, well-considered amenities, plazma TV, free access to internet... Sorry to say, but breakfast could be more interesting, more typical for Greece.. |

I liked the fact it was close to Plaka Square, the Acropolis walking distance. Suzy at reception was fantastic someone who could speak Greek and English was major plus she organized and advised us on trips, I can't speak highly enough of her. The only thing was the breakfast, it was lacking in variety and quality. |

A lovely small hotel. The staff are very kind and friendly. The design and decorations of the hotel are of European style, just like what I've seen in the movies. Close to Acropolis, its museum and Metro station. |

Excellent location, very close to the New Acropolis Museum which is why we chose it, and within walking distance from 2 Metro Stations. We were given a free welcome drink on arrival. We loved our beautifully decorated high-ceilinged room which was right above the front door, with the flag-poled balcony overlooking the manic traffic. No lift: we were on 1st floor, but our bags were heavy to drag up 2 flights of stairs. Bags can be left for convenience after checking out, but have to be carried down 3 steep stairs into the storage area. |

My family and I enjoyed the clean and nicely decorated rooms, the friendly and helpful staff (i.e. reception and bar), the good breakfast and the central location of the hotel. The free upgrade from a triple sharing to a family room was also very much appreciated by our party. The only thing we did not like about the hotel is having to personally carry the luggage up a flight of stairs to the room. |

Excellent staff, especially Donna, cleanliness of the rooms and great location for the city sights just a 10 min walk to Acropolis and new museum Location was on a busy road but with the windows closed much improved. You will be so tired from walking around the city sleep won't be a problem |

Great rooms, staff, good breakfasts :-) the hotel is situated near all significant ruins Noisy street. Despite closed windows, the rush of motors and cars was still heard, that is why I could not sleep very well |

Not far walk to main sights Pretty bad location as in its rough around the hotel. Not overtly unsafe, but next to a sex shop, etc... |
