He hotel is really really nice.location is very good, in a very safe area of town ,to walk even at late hours.our room was very good and confortable with lots of space.the staff is very friendly and helpful.they gave maps of town and timetable of the buses to the airport. Breakfast was also very good, with lots of fresh fruits.we had to leave to the airport at 2.30 in the morning so we had a simple breakfast at that time, that was a good service.

Nicely designed in a renovated Neoclassical building, keeping the antique feeling. A small Hotel with a good breakfast in a strategic location for the places of interest and a few minutes walk from the metro. That is all we needed. Quite a clever setup in the family room with an up-the-stairs bed deck for the kids. We were lucky enough to find free parking in the local streets behind the hotel and did not move the car at all during our stay. Alternatively, parking can be costly. Room was not cleaned on our second day, which we found appalling. When we came back from our day out into our not-cleaned room, we were told that the cleaners did not go in because we did not check our key out and they were not sure if we were in or not, so as not to disturb.... I do not remember this to being an issue in any of the hotels we visited the last 20 years... We were not happy at all about this. Luckily the receptionist provided us with some fresh towels. Another downside was the occasional stale smell of cigarette smoke in the upholstery which shows a place were there is occasional smoking. Other than those issues, everything else was fine.

Nice breakfast, nice staff, very near to the Acropolis and a lot of cafeteria around. Although it's really cold outside the room is very warm with heater. We love the bed in this hotel, the most comfortable one during our vocation. The cover is not very clean, but the staff changed it when we ask.

It's very close to the Plaka and all the attractions, morevoer it's close to the metro. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel if you don't want to hear the street noise (it's on one of the main streets) Our bed had not been changed. We discovered it from a number of stains on the bedsheets and from hair, which we found as soon as we opened the bed. The maid doesn't work the whole day so they proposed to change our room but since no double was available at the back of the hotel we decided to change the bed ourselves. When opening the bed what we saw was disgusting: yellow stains on the mattress an the on the pillows. It's a disgusting memory, anyway I suspect that's what you would see when opening any hotel bed.

It is very close to the Fix Metro station and waling distance to Plaka and Acropolis Museum. The breakfast was ok, various things were in the Buffet including fruits, but it did not taste as nice as they look. But ok for breakfast. Fresh kiwi-apple mix juice was nice. I did not like the general design of the hotel, they tried to create some classic/rustic mixture which created an unattractive ambiance in the hotel. It is very central but also in front of a main road, so not the nicest place in Athens. I was hoping that it is at Plaka in a more quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was ok, various things were in the Buffet including fruits, but it did not taste as nice as they look. But ok for breakfast. Fresh kiwi-apple mix juice was nice.

It is extremely close to the Acropolis. First night we got there we wanted to have dinner somewhere close to the hotel, as we were very tired, and ended up in Plaka, which is only 5 min walking distance from the hotel, with the lighted Acropolis in the background. Very nice and romantic :) The problems with the bathrooms facilities (but understandable).

Great location, walking distance to major attractions. Close to subway stations. Very nice buffet breakfast. Free wifi in the room. Very noisy if you open the window, but much better when close them. But for hotel nearby with similar locations, price is much higher. If you don't mind the noisiness and street view, good choice!

- Super Friendly staff very helpful and accommodating. Good size rooms for European standards. Comfortable enough for 2 people. Location great you can reach most things in athens easily by foot and very close you underground stations. Neighborhood was safe no problem at night - Rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy if you are a light sleeper- we change to a room at the back and it was much better. The mattress and pillow are soft if you are used to a firmer option at home.

Group of 10 girls and we loved it. Looked like it did in the pics. We all loved our rooms and the small touches. The decor was lush. Breakfast was nice - warm and cold food, freshly squeezed juices. Location was nice - not in the heart of Plaka, but close enough for us, a 15 min stroll was nice and we got to see the busy side os town and then seep into the Plaka and the parks away from it all. Would all stay again. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Although on main road, it was well sound-proofed. Staff extremely helpful. Good location close to The Acropolis Breakfast was very good Only problem is that to enter the hotel it is necessary to go up a flight of steps, which can be difficult with luggaga

I enjoyed the room very much. it was spaceous and the beds were really comfortable. We had asked for two separate beds and we got them. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. It is very close to a metro station (150 metres). The breakfast was very nice and I enjoyed the fresh Orange juice. There is no elevator for the first floor, and we had to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs. There was no water kettle in the room and I missed making some tea after a longs days walk.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They made our stay truly memorable. We had chosen the hotel because of its exceptional location (just a few blocks from the Acropolis), and its good value, and we couldn't have found a better place. We were thrilled.

Everything was very nice. The staff very friendly and helpful when needed, breakfast adequate and good. The hotel although in the main avenue of Syngrou, very safe at nights and the metro, tram, buses all within 2 minutes walk. Our room was at the back of the hotel and all 4 nights we stayed there was very quiet which allowed us to relax and get undisturbed sleep. Strongly recommend this hotel and will return when again in Athens. Nothing, everything was very good.
