Location is excellent . The roof terrace is beautiful for breakfast. Street lighting in front bedroom and noisy neighbours. Including noisy air conditioner from next door.

The location was excellent. The breakfast terrace was fantastic. The roof garden should be open after breakfast hours as well.

The location of this hotel is perfect - easy walk from train station with suitcases; walking distance to many historic sites that we wanted to visit and plenty of restaurants for meals very close. Breakfast room with the view was not exaggerated, it is awesome. Perfect, and we had great weather so were able to sit outside. The bathroom is probably the smallest I have ever stayed...hard to shave because of the closeness of everything but it just added to the charm. Free wireless worked great also. If I were to visit Athens again, I would stay here. Not really a complaint, but I have to admit that the hall noises were very audible inside the room.

A nice hotel with a great central location close to the Acropolis, museum, the Plaka and the Greek parliament. The room was basic but comfortable and very clean, the staff were very friendly. The view of the Parthenon from the breakfast room was incredible. Rather small bathroom and the breakfast was pretty basic.

* Perfect strategical location: walk trip to ancient city and closer to Syntagma transport point. * Budget-friendly variant * Good view from the root-bar. But only at breakfast time. * Only 2 rooms have view to Acropolis - 401 and 402 * Very poor fasilities in the room - no shampoo, no hair-drier, no tea-things * Poor breakfast: bread + butter + boiled eggs + coffee/tea * No credit card accepted. Hotel had reserved the sum for 1st day accommodation and did not accept this in the charge when we arrived. The money frozed on the credit card.

It was clean and had everything what you can expect for that amount of money. Very small balcony (since the wonderful bar on the roof was closed it would have been nice to sit "outside"). Breakfast was okay for Greece, but a little bit more to choose from would have been appreciated (there was just 1 slice of cheese P.P. and jam).

Very friendly staff, especially the lady that serves the breakfasts, nice view of Acropolis from 5th floor dining room while eating breakfast, good (but somewhat obstructed) view of Acropolis from our 4th floor room with large patio. Centrally located in Plaka, close to Acropolis and other sites, shopping and restaurants. Room was a bit small for 3 people but was clean and comfortable

We didn't spend a lot of time here since we came in late and left early, but it worked for what we needed. It was on a quiet little side street and fairly close to the metro station. You're basically paying for an Acropolis view but you can only get it on the top floors. The room locks didn't seem too secure and the whole place looked like it could use a face lift.

Staff, location Minor things hurt you a lot which. Does not cost a lot fot hotel but give you peace of mind , I mean totally basic ( fundamental) things not luxurious. The room has jus one electricity plug means if you have multiple device you need to wait or ask for connector. The shower did not have hanger!! After insisting they told no room has hanger but we install it for you ( which they did) Bath room is very very tiny ( unnecessarily ). Breakfast was served in a tray while it could be buffetsnd even with same items

I like the locations of the hotel... The staff are soooo friendly, they help me to know the best way to go to airport because the time that I stayed there was they had a transport strike so there is no metro from syntagma to airport. 100 percent I will come back to this hotel. Ohhh, the breakfast... No other option than bread and butter and jam! But I think thats enough for what we pay... Not a big deal! .... and one thing more, I found that greece are very nice place but beware of pick pockets!!!! Arrhhhhhh! I saw one!!!!

The hotel is in the center, but in a very quiet street. It's very nice the veiw of Acropolis from the top roof terace (where they serve breakfast). The staff are very nice and helpfull.Breakfats is ok.The rooms are clean. If you want lux you should search for another hotel, this is a 2 star hotel and the value for money is very good. We like it and if we we visit again Athen we would stay here again.

I have stayed many times at the Adonis with my husband and we have always enjoyed the experience. It's so handy for the Acropolis and all the museums and we have known the staff for the last 10 years so I was happy to go on my own.

Location of the hotel is convenient for travelling around the city (not far from Acropolis, Plaka, close to the Sintagma square with a lot of buses and metro station). Breakfast was plentiful and well served with beautiful view of Acropolis. Hotel stuff was welcoming and helpful. Tiled floor makes room cold in November and it was hard to dry towels. It would be nice to have kettle in the room or reception to heat the water.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended a small taverne down the road with great food and prices. My wake up call functioned perfectly. Right in the center and on a pedestrian zone and 5 minute walk to the metro. Will surely go there again.
