Closeness of beach. Scenic views from the balcony. Quiet surroundings. Polite, helpful staff.
Breakfasts were very good, but there was no english tea with milk. If you like tea for breakfast then bring some tea bags. Also bring a laptop or tablet (which I didn't), as the only programmes in English on the television were the News and a childrens cartoon channel.
Staff very friendly Breakfast is wonderful View - excellent Close to Lavrio marina - we were chartering our sailboat comfortable room perfectly met expecations
Located on beautiful seashore (perfect for summer vacation), close to and overlooking the temple to Poseidon. Very good breakfast.
situation exceptionnelle salles de bains
Chambres ne sont pas très grandes
Clean modern room facitiites are excellent, on the beach. Owner asked what he could change to make it better. Our reply nothing except for coffee/tea maker in the room.
The staff could not do enough to be helpful. They have an excellent example from the owner. The sea view rooms have a view second to none. The hotel is near some excellent, well priced, tavernas which gives you a range of places to eat, although the hotel restaurant is also very good. It is an easy walk to the Temple of Poseidon.
Not so much a don't like as a warning, unless you want a do nothing beach holiday, a car is an essential.
We stayed one night after visiting the nearby Temple of Poseidon. Good views of temple and the sea and comfy room. Breakfast ample and near to some good fish tavernas for dinner
we took the public bus from Athens and we knew the hotel was a short walk from the bus stop however it was real difficult to locate the path to get to the hotel. A small sign would have been a big help.
We loved our stay at the Aegeon Hotel. It was so restful with stunning views of the Agean Sea &. The ancient Temple of Poseidon
Wi-fi, service, location, food, environment, all excellent!
Our room looked out onto the Temple of Poseidon and the beach. It was quiet with a lovely balcony. To wake up in the night with the lit-up temple visible from our bed was a never to be forgotten experience. Breakfast was tasty but the best thing about this hotel was the friendly staff who tried to helpful at all times. The minimalist elegance was refreshing and very pleasing.
There was not a thing to dislike - maybe the restaurant should include some more moderately priced dishes but there were some reasonably priced tavernas nearby.
Access from Airport. Friendly staff Beach Access
it was a beautiful setting all the way around. Cool furnishings, and every photo enviable.
No Bellman- we had tons of luggage
Friendly staff, good location near Athens and the ports as well as the Temple of Poseidon.
Nothing... all good
A nice and relaxing place to get away from Athens.
Food is expensive.
Not a lot to do if no car. Should state so in information about hotel.
Everything, staff, location, cleaningless the beach, sunset and the taverna near by. Quit and relaxing
Cost us 65 euro to get to the hotel from the airport but is was value for money.
All have loved to stay for 3 times
Near the beach are very close to the boat. In each of these travelers 5-7 I watched a program about yachts out of the closet all comes down to the water. Then there is the wind and the waves probably nailed to the beach. Offered include yachts from the beach for at least 500-700 m.
Amazing location and very easy to find since its the only hotel right below the Temple of Poseidon. Room had a wonderful sea view and site was within walking distance. You are able to go up during the day time and come back for the sunset on the same ticket. The shower is the most amazing thing. It has so much pressure it can be a massager. Wonderful room with balcony. Only stayed one day but could have been longer since its a very relaxing location yet close to Athens and other cities. Breakfast was all fresh and the most delicious we have had.
Location beneath the Temple of Poseidon
Difficult to find due to poor signage; lacking in atmosphere
We stayed an overnight before going on a cruise from Lavrion. Great location for that. Staff friendly and helpful. Good for seeing Poseidon's temple a stones throw away. Would be back.
Not a lot to do around it without a car but good otherwise
Staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendlier. Restaurant staff were exceptional. Very good value for money and one of the most romantic dinner locations I've ever been to. Not to mention, the room had the simply the best shower in the World!
It felt like we had left the main land and we were on an island. Very romantic stating at night.... Very clean beach
The Staff are friendly and prepared to be of assistance for all requests
Dining room is stark and lacks atmosphere
Beach Poseidon temple within walking distance Tavernas next door Excellent salads and hamburgers Quiet and remote Staff Presidential suite No extra charge for WiFi
Few bits of equipment in gym missing or not working fully Limited restaurant menu Erratic closing time of beach bar Slow wifi
