Very large swimming pool with sea water, overlooking the sea. Excellent breakfast. Staff is very kind and helpful, although not always very efficient.

The hotel as a whole needs to be renovated. It must have been very nice... 20 years ago. It is a pitty because the location is nice but you really feel you are in a hotel out of the 80's, not very clean.

The view is phenomenal. Pool is lovely.. Food in all the restaurants is great, especially Ambrosia. Staff by the pool are great. Aegiali port has good bars and tavernas.

The rooms don't look like they do on the website!!! We'd paid for a top-tier room with sunloungers and verandah, but there is a roof over the verandah so no sunbathing is possible! The room was dark, dirty and in poor repair - like your grandmother's bedroom in the 1970s. We asked to move, and the 2nd one was only marginally better but again in bad repair (and they didn't refund or even offer us lunch for the fact we'd paid for a more expensive one). No manger asked for our feedback, nobody cared! And no apology at all Also the staff at Ambrosia & at breakfast are forgetful, slow and unfriendly. We were horrified!

The best staff I have ever met. The spa was totally worth it. The facilities were really excellent.

The staff were not informed about the correct bus schedule which cost us a beach trip and extra money paid to the hotel for using their taxi services. The hotel is not well placed and so it is a little difficult to see the island if you don't have a car (a lot of walking needed). Very expensive additional services.

location fantastic, breakfast good, very restful, with a fabulous outdoor pool. beautiful hotel, beautiful island.

for a luxury hotel, it was a bit scruffy. The fact that they charged so much for a transfer from the port was very annoying, this should be free like all the other hotels we visited in Greece. I thought they could have been more informative at reception when we arrived.

Very nice pool! Very friendly staff. Excellent view of the bay.

A bit of a steep climb from the village. Mattresses way too hard. If you want to rent scooters or cars, you are probably better off to do it in the village.
