Pool complex and location are wonderful but the hotel looks and feels like it was built say 30 years ago and some of the rooms need a serious make over. Itis such a shame that the stunning location of the hotel that the owners dont expend some money on the rooms. With thought and imagination this hotel could be top notch. The staff were lovely and could not have been nicer and I really appreciate The bedrooms rooms need some attention. |

The views are beautiful. Breakfast is very good. The room was relatively big with adequate closet space and many hangers. The pool area and spa building with salt water hydrapool are very nice. The shower is very small. It was difficult to shower without allowing the shower curtain, which did not look very clean, to touch my body. The hotel is a bit of a hike from the port. The hotel provided transportation and pick-up when asked, but did not inform us until check out that there was a charge for the service. |

L'hotel est tres bien situé sur la baie d'Aegialis, la piscine et le centre de SPA sont tres propres et récents. L'accueil n'était pas extremement sympathique, la chambre très exigue, salle de bain avec equipement obsolete (fuite de la douche). Le rapport qualité prix est très cher pour le type de prestation et la qualité des chambres. je ne le conseillerai pas à mon entourage. Enfin le personnel à l'accueil sont peu aimable notamment le jour de notre arrivée ou l'on a voulu nous facturer en plus une matinée |

l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel de lm hotel et du restaurant; le cadre magnifique le spa : pas professionnel du tout, accueil froid. j avais demande un gommage corporel, fait dans 1 machine.... sans toucher aux mains ni aux pieds.Quant au massage corps entier idem : a peine touche aux mains ni aux pieds, et dissymetrique !!! |
