Il rapporto qualita'-prezzo, veramente ottimo, il vitto buono, sia a colazione che a cena e la posizione del villaggio, veramente splendida! La spiaggia di sassi e poca sabbia ed il mare non proprio limpido!

The location of this hotel is nice, only 20m far from the beach. The stuff of this hotel was unpolite, unproffetional. The air condition of the room was available only for 10 hours per day and the rest of the day the temperature of the room was too high. In this hotel the boss didn't spend just 1 euro for renovation for more than 20 years. The insulation was bad and there was too much noice from the bar and generally from outside. The quality of the breakfast was too low. I forced to depart from this hotel 1 day before (they didn't accept to reduce the price for 1 night) because I couldn't sleep because of the noice. Finally the swimming pool has not dimentions as an olympic one. Booking has to change this wrong information. The length is only 33m and not 50m. This is very important for swimmers.

La posizione vicino al mare, ben ventilato. Si mangia bene , vario la pulizia è ottima. non c'era animazione per i ragazzi, anche se a noi non interessava.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, direkt am Meer. Der Rasen ist ungewöhnlich, aber bequem. Es ist sehr ruhig, gut zum Entspannen. Wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Radfahren nach Kos ist kein Problem und dauert ca. 30 Minuten. Großer Pool auch zum Bahnen schwimmen geeignet. Taverne direkt am Strand. WLAN funktioniert nicht überall und ist nicht stabil. Fenster im Speisesaal sind nicht zu öffnen, nur Klimaanlage. Es fehlen Plätze zum Draußen essen. Nervige Animationsabende. Zu laute und dauernde Musik am Pool. Versorgung mit Getränken im vollbesetztem Speisesaal ist etwas anstrengend und kann dauern. Besser wäre, gleich eine Kanne Kaffee hinzustellen.

very clean rooms, friendly and helpfull people in the restaurant, nice bungalows in the garden trying to put on the airco for the whole hotel means for 3,5 hours no electricty and no water. but don't worry : be happy and stay happy:)
