Aeolos Hotel    

Clean place with a relaxing feeling. Friendly service and very helpful owner. Panos is doing everything for his customers.

Small shower. Location is a little bit outside the city center on a rather busy road.

The staff was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, extremely freindly. Panos, George and Nina made our stay special. We had problems with the airline, Panos sorted everything out or us. We would definitely recommend ths lovely hotel, to anyone. We will be back again. Thank you all.

The staff were amazing, very personable and friendly, the best i have ever experienced. Intimate, nice pool. We got upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival which is always nice.

Rooms a bit dated but expected for the price we paied, door was faulty. It's at least 15minutes to the centre of town downhill, not advisable to do it on the way back especially after a night out as the route is not well lit. Panos, please make breakfast later!

- Good location comfortable walking distance to Mykonos town. Uphill to walk back, but a taxi will take you in 5 minutes and for 4 Euro. - The hotel and the pool are clean and safe, no remarks. - Now, the staff: Panos and his team are outstanding! Among the friendliest, most professional, and service minded I've ever encountered in many years of travelling. They really go out of their way to help their guests (e.g. we needed a ferry ticket to Naxos. It was sold out, but Panos managed to get tickets, and also have them delivered to the hotel). This is how a hotel should be run!

- It hurts to point out any flaws at this hotel, but if anything, maybe the breakfast would deserve some branded rather than generic items to do this great place justice.

What can I say the staff were incredibly helpful, collecting from and taking us back to the Ferry. They provided a good map of the town and let us know the costs associated with booking transport, scooters/cars etc and would book them for you no problem. They were always very cheery, polite and helpful. The location was out of the town, which meant it was lovely and quiet at night and woke to bird song in the morning!! It really wasnt that far to walk into town and was something like 4 euros to get a taxi back from the harbour at night (as its uphill on the way back) By far the best hotel we stayed in whilst in the Greek islands.

I booked this hotel the day before I arrived from Athens. I planned on just getting a taxi from the ferry to the hotel. To my surprise George was standing on the wharf with a sign. I found out they had tried contacting me to find out how I was arriving. I didn't have a phone so they contacted booking.com and learnt I was coming from Athens. They checked the airport in the morning and, without having any idea when or how I was arriving, they came down to see if I was on the boat. After all this effort George drove me to the hotel and Panos checked me in. He supplied me maps and was incredibly welcoming. I'm not one to be fussed over but the effort they went to was incredible. The room was fantastic and facilities very very clean and comfortable. Panos drove me back to the ferry when I checked out. I tried to offer him a tip but wouldn't accept it. These guys are incredibly welcoming, generous and genuine. I can not speak highly enough of this place.

The Hotel is a little on a hill.Easy to walk to town in 15 min.But on way back ,most nights we took a taxi back to the Hotel.

Panos was do dedicated and he and his staff were great ...met off the ferry by George who was also excellent everyone always ready to help

Just the hot water in the morning took a while to come through but that was a very minor problem ....nothing else at all

We were very pleased with our stay starting with the transfer from the ferry port to the door of your lovely hotel. The owner and staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The hotel itself is charming with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were delightful. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful success!

Staff were amazing, made sure you were we'll looked after and very approachable, food was fantastic. Affordable.

We have been using this wonderful hotel for stopovers en route to and from Paros for many years, and Panos and his staff continue to make this a very enjoyable part of the trip, with superb service, especially helpful with transfers.

The hotel is some way out of town, but even this is an advantage in some ways, as the town does get extremely busy. The heplfulness of Panos and his staff with transfers, and cheap taxi rides from the town, more than make up for the location.

Fantastic welcome as always from Panos, even though we were only on a 1 night stopover this time. Brilliant service from all the other staff as well. Lovely rooms, lovely pool area.

Panos, the owner, is wonderful - always trying to help - giving rides into town. Pool is lovely. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

10 minutes to walk to centre of town but at least 20 minutes to return (steep hill, lots of steps)

The Hotel was 'Perfect', and all of the staff and hotel owner were very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

O hotél tem ótimas acomodações e o ambiente é muito agradável. O tratamento dado pelo Sr. Panos, dono do hotel, e staffs é fora do comum, eles simplesmente não sabem o que fazer para agradar. Certamente quando retornarmos à Mykonos nos hospedaremos em um de seus hotéis.

Host focuses on customer service to an extent not experienced before.

Our stay at the hotel was very exiting, the staff was very polite, very kind and orintated towards all expectations. The owner Mr. Panos and his young assistant George were very kind with us and as a whole our impressions of the place are excellent

Our 2nd visit during trip - we rebooked it as we loved it so much first time round - wonderful hotel, great experience, we will return - staff superb and Panos a charming man. Look forward to visiting again and again...........

The owner Panos, his assistant George and all his supporting staff where incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, gave us advice on where to visit, suggestions for dining, provided complimentary transport to and from port/airport. Breakfast was good. Location close to Mykonos, we walked down on each occasion - took us a pleasant 10-15 minutes depending on the route taken and got a taxi back for 4 Euros - well worth it after an evening of dining and drinking. Our highlight was being given a room in the new Aeolos ‘Art’ Hotel which was stunning boutique type room with exquisite furnishings and superb vista from the hill over harbour, fabulous pool and bar area serving cocktails at sunset. We were so impressed we booked to stay at the same hotel at the end of our two centre holiday.

The Aeolos hotel has to be my most positive hotel experience so far. We had 3 rooms booked, as it was a special b’day celebration. My husband and I came on the ferry from Athens and were picked up and warmly welcomed by Panos, the owner. At the same time, my friend was flying in. We hadn’t informed him before and he rang around trying to get her collected as soon as possible. During our week here in beautiful Mykonos, we immediately settled in as we would have done at home. The rooms were spacious,comfortable and clean, the b’fast simple but fresh and tasty. The pool area was relaxing, and there was a laptop in a cozy spot by reception available 24hrs. No matter the time, Panos was always fresh and available, catering to your every whim. Not forgetting the rest of the staff, who went out of their way to provide terrific and memorable experience. On the b’day morning ,Panos brought 4 delicious cakes to the b’fast table with candles alight. He provided free transportation to the centre of town, and countless other unexpected kindnesses. We left with mixed feelings, elated with our time here but so sorry to be leaving

It was a little far from town, but it didn't matter. The hotel ran us into town for free and taxi back was a set price of only 4 euro

Highly recommend for this lovely hotel, owner Panos and his teams member provided us a great service for stay. Will deflienly visit again!

Distance from the main town of Mykonos was a good walk downhill, uphill when going to back to the hotel!

There is a special and relaxing atmosphere here created by the Manager and his helpful and friendly staff. We were picked up at the port and taken to the airport at the end of our stay. Great breakfasts. Good pool side food. Every attention given by staff. Delightful.
