Alice and Georgia were lovely and very helpful. Alice recommended some nice local beaches, restaurants and even negotiated a better rate with the rental company for scooter hire! The hotel has a great roof top terrace from which you can take your own drink and have a magnificent view of the famous Santorini sunset. Convenient location in Oia. The bottle of Santorini wine was a pleasant welcome gift.

The shower cubicle was tiny which made it really difficult to maneouver in the shower. The shower curtain dripped water outside the shower so the toilet area would be wet, slippery and get dirty. There was no hook for the handheld shower so you had to hold it thgoughout or turn it off and place it on top of the mixer tap. We had an apartment with a sitting area and kitchenette downstairs and a bedroom upstairs with a small balcony. Pretty basic but decent although probably more a 3 rather than 4 star rating.

It is part of the history of Santorini. The hotel was a family compound last century. The staff were always helpful. I loved having fast internet in my room at no extra cost. The room was spacious and very clean and there was fresh fruit at breakfast every day. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

We enjoyed the view from our balcony. Watching the sunset was the best part of the stay. Hotel is pretty close to the bus/taxi stop.

The airconditioner in the bedroom was broken, and the staff new about it for weeks but nothing was done about it b/c there's only one electrician on the island. The air conditioner in the living room would pop the fuse box when turned on. It was uncomfortable to sleep at night and the rate of the room was not adjusted. For what I paid for the room, I would have expected a lot more from hotel. Hotel didn't have bell boy/person, and it was also difficult to carry the suitcases from the bus/taxi stop to the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Aethrio. Staff was tremendously helpful on all aspects of getting around the island. Location is perfect for staying in Oia. One minute walk to a bus to get all around the island, 3 minute walk to the center of Oia. Hotel itself is gorgeous, wonderful pool, beautiful layout/buildings on the complex. Breakfast was good, not great, but you can't go wrong at this hotel - would go back their in a heartbeat.

It was right in the middle of Oia town in Santorini, in a beautiful setting. Staff was very unintrusive and friendly. When you book via the internet, you cannot always see exactly what you are getting - but this holte was really great.

１０月中旬にスタンダードのダブルルームを予約して行ったのですが、オフシーズンで部屋が空いてるから、と- スィートルームにスタンダードの値段で宿泊させてもらえました。バスタブはありませんでしたが、部屋はとて- も広くキレイで最高でした。　　　We went there the middle of October. we had reserved an appartment 2 persons(90 euro), but it was off-season, and the suite was free,so we could stay there at the price of appartment. There was no bathtub, but it was beautiful, cuit, clean, end large. We had a pretty good stay!　　　Ci siamo andati verso la meta d'ottobre, avevo prenotato una camera doppia standard. Pero' era la bassa stagione, e una camera suite era libera, quindi siamo potuti rimanere li al prezzo di standard! Non c'era una vasca, pero' era bella, carina, pulita, e grande. Era un bellissimo viaggio!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, die Atmosphaere angenehm. Die Anlage ist schön und zentral gelegen.

Das Wasser im Swimmingpool war nicht so sauber.

Dès la réservation sur Booking.com , Alice nous a envoyé un mail de confirmation. Sur place : accueil très sympa, belle piscine, terrasse avec vue magnifique, très bon petit déjeuner... en plus l'hôtel est très bien situé dans Oia. L'hôtel conseille quelques lieux à visiter et quelques bonnes adresses de restaurant. Nous le recommandons vraiment. Merci encore à Alice pour son accueil!

la responsable qui a été adorable et efficace. Nous sommes arrivés avec un jour de retard (par erreur nous avions accosté à Anaphi à la place de Santorin) et cette jeune femme française a tout mis en oeuvre pour tout arranger ( chambre et location de voiture).. Nous la remertcions aussi pour sa probité de ne pas avoir débité la nuit en question.A recommander, il est notemment rare de trouver, en Grèce, un accueil en français!
