Located 150 metres from the sandy Masouri Beach in Kalymnos, Afroditi Hotel features a bar and sun terrace. The host, Mr Manolis is extremely kind, polite and willing to help with any problem encountered. He also speaks good English. The location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views of Telendos and the possibility to sit outside having breakfast. Also, it is away from the scooter traffic of the main road and the general feel is great. The hotel is a nice simple 2 star, exactly what you need to sleep well before a day of climbing and or beach. the fridges are a little old and too cold, but probably are of for the summer. (We went in May)

The location was great. It had amazing views over the town of Masouri, the surrounding mountains and ocean. The staff were very nice and helpful in getting a taxi back to the ferry. This is the perfect place if you are a backpacker, or rock climber and are expecting a no frills kind of place. The beds are hard as rocks.

Staff really friendly, very hospitable and always available. Excellent quality / price. The rooms were cleaned every day, and for anything are always ready to help you. Really a great choice. Great venue for climbers, because it is near the center of Masouri and 10 minutes from Grande Grotta. The owner is really friendly and helpful! In any case, "Only Rock"

Hillside position overlooking the sea. Nicely presented and well maintained Room cleaned daily and fresh linen daily. Friendliness of staff and immediate attention to problems. Rather small balcony. A steep walk up the hill from the main town.

Our stay in Afroditi was really pleasant. The room was clean (the landlady used to clean all rooms every morning, towels and bed sheets were changed every two days) and the view on the sea was excellent, we could enjoy our drink on the balcony every evening looking at the sunset. Manolis, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful person, he welcomed us with a drink and it was always nice to talk with him. Air conditioning was available but we didn’t use it, by opening the door on the back you can easily have fresh air in the room.The position of Afroditi is excellent, it’s in a quiet surrounding and at the same time at walking distance from the busiest main street (3 min), that’s plenty of shops and restaurants, and from the beach (5 min). We had a great time in kalymnos thanks also to Afroditi! For this we would recommend it.... To climbers and not climbers!

Friendly atmosphere and friendly owner. The views of the sea we amazing!! Very close to masouri centre were the are bars and restaurants and about 10 min drive from other nice locations for nightlife. I would recommend .

Great views, Manolis (owner) was very obliging. Great place for a laid back break. Also good for alfresco dining on roof terrace with views across to the island of Telendos. Bear in mind kitchen facilities are basic.

Manolis made my husband and I very welcome,he brought us fresh melon when we were having our evening drink, there is a beautiful view from the rooms to Tolendos where the sunsets are amazing, the atmosphere is very relaxed.

It was very clean and simple and all you really need in a hotel. I highly recommend it. Teensy bit of a climb, but worth it for the view and walking off dinner.

La propreté irréprochable de l'établissement, les draps changés tous les jours et petite vaisselle faite.Sa situation géographique et la gentillesse du propriétaire et la vue sur Telendos! pas de mur de protection dans la douche et un système d'évacuation de l'eau au sol qui conduit à avoir les pieds dans l'eau !
